1. Arahan Keselamatan Penting

Please read all instructions carefully before using the ZOKOP 12L Commercial Electric Deep Fryer. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

Keselamatan Am

  • Always operate the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Komponen Utama

  • Panel Kawalan: Features temperature adjustment knob, power indicator light (green), and heating indicator light (red).
  • Elemen Pemanas: U-shaped stainless steel heating tubes for even heat distribution.
  • Tangki Minyak: Two separate 12L capacity stainless steel tanks.

3. Persediaan

Membongkar dan Pembersihan Awal

  1. Keluarkan semua komponen dari pembungkusan dengan berhati-hati.
  2. Wash the oil tanks, frying baskets, residue plates, and lids with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Wipe the exterior of the fryer body with a damp kain. Jangan gunakan pembersih yang kasar.

  1. Place the fryer body on a stable, level, and heat-resistant countertop.
  2. Insert the stainless steel oil tanks into their respective compartments in the fryer body.
  3. Place the residue plate at the bottom of each oil tank, above the heating elements.
  4. Attach the control panels/heating elements to the back of the fryer body by sliding them into the designated slots. Ensure they are securely locked in place.
  5. Attach the handles to the frying baskets.

4. Arahan Operasi

Mengisi Tangki Minyak

  1. Ensure the fryer is unplugged.
  2. Pour cooking oil into each tank. Fill between the MIN and MAX fill lines indicated on the inside of the tank. Do not exceed the MAX line.

Menetapkan Suhu

  1. Plug the fryer into a grounded electrical outlet. The green power indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Turn the temperature adjustment knob to the desired frying temperature (range: 140℉ - 392℉ / 60℃ - 200℃). The red heating indicator light will turn on.
  3. Allow the oil to preheat. The red light will turn off once the set temperature is reached, and cycle on/off to maintain the temperature.

Menggoreng Makanan

  1. Place food into the frying basket. Do not overload the basket.
  2. Perlahan-lahan turunkan bakul ke dalam minyak panas.
  3. Fry until the food is golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Carefully lift the basket and hook it onto the side bar of the tank to allow excess oil to drain.

Minyak Penyaliran

This model does not feature an integrated oil drain valve. To drain oil:

  1. Ensure the fryer is unplugged and the oil has cooled completely.
  2. Carefully lift the oil tank out of the fryer body using its handles.
  3. Pour the cooled oil into a suitable container for disposal or reuse.

5. Pembersihan dan Penyelenggaraan

Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your deep fryer.

Pembersihan Harian

  1. After each use, ensure the fryer is unplugged and the oil has cooled.
  2. Remove the oil tanks and dispose of or filter the oil.
  3. Wash the oil tanks, baskets, residue plates, and lids with warm, soapy water. Use a non-abrasive sponge or brush.
  4. Wipe down the exterior of the fryer body and control panels with a damp cloth. Do not use water directly on electrical components.
  5. Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembly or storage.

Pembersihan Dalam

  • Periodically, perform a deep clean to remove stubborn grease buildup.
  • For stainless steel parts, a mixture of vinegar and water can help remove stains and shine.
  • Ensure all electrical components are completely dry before plugging in the fryer again.

6. Penyelesaian masalah

  • Penggoreng tidak dipanaskan: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in. Ensure the temperature knob is set above the minimum temperature. Verify that the heating element is properly seated.
  • Oil not reaching desired temperature: Allow more time for preheating. Ensure the correct temperature is set.
  • Asap berlebihan: Ensure the oil level is correct (between MIN and MAX). Old or dirty oil can also cause smoke. Replace oil if necessary.
