This manual provides essential instructions for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your Vipack Tipi Bed 90x200 White, model TIBE9014. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly and retain it for future reference.

2. Maklumat Keselamatan
- Sentiasa ikut arahan pemasangan dengan teliti. Pemasangan yang salah boleh menyebabkan ketidakstabilan dan kecederaan.

3. Senarai Komponen

4. Arahan Perhimpunan
The Vipack Tipi Bed is designed for easy self-assembly. It is recommended that two adults assemble the bed to ensure safety and stability.
- Buka Pembungkusan Komponen: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Refer to the components list to ensure all parts are present.
- Pasang Rangka Katil: Connect the bed frame side rails using the provided metal fittings. Ensure the frame is stable and square. The bed frame is approximately 12 cm high.
- Pasang Pangkalan Berbilah: The slatted base is designed to be screwed to the support rails of the bed frame. This design ensures air circulation beneath the mattress. Securely attach the slatted base to the frame using the designated screws.
- Attach Tipi Frame: Assemble the solid pine tipi frame components. The top ends and crossbar are painted white. Attach these to the bed frame using the appropriate metal fittings. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
- Semakan Akhir: Once assembled, double-check all screws and bolts to ensure they are fully tightened. The bed should be stable and free from wobbling.

5. Operasi
The Vipack Tipi Bed is designed for sleeping. Once assembled, place a compatible mattress (90 x 200 cm) into the bed frame. The mattress insertion depth is 5 cm. The slatted base provides support and allows for air circulation, contributing to mattress longevity and hygiene.
Ensure the bed is placed in a suitable location, away from windows, heaters, and other potential hazards. The ground clearance is approximately 1.5 cm.
6. Penyelenggaraan dan Penjagaan
- Pembersihan: Lap rangka katil dengan kain lembut,amp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the painted and natural wood surfaces.
- Fittings Check: Periodically (e.g., every 3-6 months) check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten any loose fittings to maintain the bed's structural integrity.
- Penjagaan Kayu: The bed is made from solid pine. Protect it from excessive moisture and direct sunlight to prevent warping or fading.
- Slatted Base: Ensure the slatted base remains clean and free of debris to maintain proper air circulation.
