Prinsip Operasi

The ESBE VTC422 DN25 is a thermostatic mixing valve that automatically regulates the temperature of the water returning to the boiler. When the boiler starts, the valve ensures that cold return water from the buffer tank is mixed with hot water from the boiler's flow, quickly raising the boiler's return temperature to the set point (50-70 °C). This prevents condensation and corrosion within the boiler.

Once the boiler reaches its operating temperature and the buffer tank is being charged, the valve gradually opens to allow more hot water from the boiler to flow into the buffer tank, while maintaining the minimum return temperature to the boiler.
