4. Persediaan

5. Operasi

5.1 Memanggil Pager

1. Ensure the desired pager is charged and has been assigned a number.
2. On the keypad transmitter, enter the number of the pager you wish to call.
3. Press the "CALL" button. The pager will activate with its set alert mode (vibration, buzzer, or both) and flashing LEDs.
4. To stop the alert, the customer can place the pager back on the charging base, or staff can press the "CLEAR" button on the keypad.

5.2 Changing Keypad ID

The keypad has a unique ID. If you need to change it (e.g., when integrating with multiple systems), follow these steps. Note that changing the keypad ID requires re-pairing all pagers to the new ID.

1. Press the "DEL" and "CALL" buttons simultaneously on the keypad. The display will show "F1".
2. Press "CALL" to enter. The current keypad ID will be displayed (e.g., "123").
3. Enter the new desired keypad ID (e.g., "001").
4. Press "CALL" to confirm. The display will automatically return to "F1".
5. Press "DEL" to exit standby mode.
6. After changing the keypad ID, you must re-pair all pagers to the new ID using the pairing instructions in Section 4.

5.3 Setting Pager Prompt Time

You can adjust how long the pager alerts for. This setting is typically applied to all pagers paired with the system.

1. Press the "DEL" and "CALL" buttons simultaneously on the keypad. The display will show "F1".
2. Press "3" to navigate to the prompt time setting (often indicated as "F3").
3. Press "CALL" to enter.
4. Enter the desired alert duration in seconds (e.g., "005" for 5 seconds). The time can usually be set from 0 to 250 seconds. Setting it to "0" means the pager will not stop alerting until it is returned to the charging base.
5. Press "CALL" to confirm.
6. Press "DEL" to exit standby mode.
