6. Panduan Persediaan

6.1 Sambungan Kuasa

1. Place the Petalk AI device in a suitable location, ensuring it is within range of your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
2. Connect the USB power cable to the device and plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
3. The status indicator lights will illuminate, indicating the device is powered on.

6.2 Muat Turun dan Pemasangan Apl

1. Download the "Skymee" app from the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).

6.3 Wi-Fi Connection and Device Pairing

The Petalk AI device requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection. It is not compatible with 5GHz Wi-Fi networks.

1. In the Skymee app, follow the on-screen instructions to add a new device.
2. Select the Petalk AI model.
3. Enter your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password when prompted.
4. The app will generate a QR code. Hold your smartphone screen approximately 10-20 cm (4-8 inches) in front of the Petalk AI camera lens until you hear a confirmation sound from the device.

5. Once connected, the status indicator lights will change, and the device will appear in your app.

6.4 Loading Treats

1. Open the food storage facility by sliding the switch on top of the device.
2. Fill the compartment with your pet's favorite dry treats. Ensure treats are between 0.6cm and 1.1cm (0.24 to 0.43 inches) in size for optimal dispensing.
3. Close the food storage facility switch securely.

7. Arahan Operasi

7.1 Langsung View dan Pemantauan

Access the live video feed from your Petalk AI device through the Skymee app.

• Open the Skymee app and select your device.
• The live video stream will appear. You can take photos or record videos directly from this screen.
• The device features night vision, automatically activating in low-light conditions.
• Motion detection alerts can be configured in the app settings to notify you of activity.

8. Penyelenggaraan

8.1 Pembersihan

• Periodically clean the treat dispensing area to prevent buildup and jamming.

8.2 Treat Compatibility

• Use only dry pet treats. Wet, sticky, or oversized treats can cause jamming.
• Recommended treat size: 0.6cm to 1.1cm (0.24 to 0.43 inches).
