The Geekpure Ultra Pure system is designed for easy DIY installation. Please follow these steps carefully.

Sebelum Anda Bermula:

• Ensure you have basic tools such as a wrench, drill (for faucet hole if needed), and a utility knife.
• Locate a suitable space under your sink for the filter unit and faucet.
• Turn off the main cold water supply to your sink.
• Relieve pressure by opening the cold water faucet.

Langkah Pemasangan:

1. Pasang Faucet:
   • If your sink has an existing hole, use it. Otherwise, drill a 1/2" hole in a suitable location on your sink or countertop.
   • Mount the deluxe faucet, ensuring a secure fit.
2. Connect the Feed Water Diverter Valve:
   • Disconnect the cold water line from your existing faucet.
   • Install the feed water diverter valve onto the cold water supply line. Use Teflon tape on threaded connections to prevent leaks.
   • Reconnect your existing faucet's cold water line to the diverter valve.
3. Pasang Unit Penapis:
   • Attach the mounting bracket to the filter head.
   • Secure the filter unit under the sink using screws, ensuring it is stable and accessible for filter changes.

5. Insert the Filter Cartridge:
   • Align the filter cartridge with the filter head.

6. Check for Leaks and Flush the System:
   • Slowly turn on the cold water supply.
   • Open the new filter faucet and let water run for at least 30 minutes to flush the new filter. This removes any carbon fines and prepares the filter for use.
   • While flushing, carefully inspect all connections for any leaks. Tighten connections as necessary.

Nota Penting: It is normal for some black carbon fines to appear in the water during the initial flushing. The first 5-10 gallons of filtered water should be discarded and not consumed.

Arahan Operasi

Once installed and flushed, your Geekpure Ultra Pure system is ready for use.

• To dispense filtered water, simply open the dedicated filter faucet.
• The system provides a continuous flow of filtered water at a rate greater than 2.0 GPM (gallons per minute) at 40 psi.
• Use filtered water for drinking, cooking, washing fruits and vegetables, and cleaning dishes to avoid watermarks.

• The filter cartridge should be replaced every 12 months or after 2000 gallons of use, whichever comes first.

  5. Slowly turn on the cold water supply.
  6. Open the filter faucet and flush the new filter for at least 30 minutes before consuming water.
