Persediaan

Follow these steps for initial setup of your filter system:

Operating the 7-Way Valve

The 7-way valve controls the flow of water through the filter system. Always turn off the pump before changing the valve position.

• PENAPIS: This is the standard operating position for daily filtration. Water flows from the pool, through the filter balls, and back to the pool.
• CUCI BALIK: Used for cleaning the filter balls. Water flows in reverse through the filter, dislodging trapped debris, and is then directed to waste. Perform backwash when the pressure gauge indicates higher than normal pressure or when water flow decreases.
• Bilas: Used after backwashing to flush out any remaining debris from the filter and settle the filter balls. Water flows through the filter and is directed to waste.
• SAMPAH: Bypasses the filter and sends water directly from the pool to waste. Useful for vacuuming heavy debris directly to waste or lowering the pool water level.
• MENGEDAR SEMULA: Circulates water through the pump and back to the pool without passing through the filter. Useful for distributing chemicals quickly.
• DITUTUP: Shuts off all flow to the filter and pump. Use this position only when the pump is off and for maintenance or when the pool is not in use.
• MUSIM SEJUK: (If applicable) Position for draining the system for winter storage. Consult specific winterization instructions.

Penyelenggaraan

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your filter system.

• Mencuci belakang: Perform backwashing regularly, typically once a week or when the pressure gauge reading increases by 0.2-0.3 bar (3-5 psi) above its clean operating pressure.

  3. Turn on the pump and run until the water in the sight glass (if present) runs clear (approx. 2-3 minutes).

  5. Set the 7-way valve to "RINSE".

• Pembersihan Bakul Pam: Periodically check and clean the pump's pre-filter basket (if applicable) to remove large debris that could obstruct flow.
• Musim sejuk: Before freezing temperatures, drain all water from the pump, filter tank, and hoses. Store the pump and valve in a dry, frost-free location.
