2.2 Alkaline Remineralization
Ke-6 stage alkaline filter is crucial for enhancing water quality. While standard RO systems produce slightly acidic water (pH 5-6.5), this filter adjusts the pH to 7.5-8.5. It incorporates alkaline mineral balls and negative ion balls to add calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium ions back into the purified water, complementing the RO system's filtration qualities.

4.4 Menyambungkan Talian Air
Follow the color-coded tubing and quick-connect fittings to connect the feed water, drain line, storage tank, and faucet. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks. Use Teflon tape on threaded connections as needed.
- Connect the feed water diverter valve to your cold water supply line.
- Install the drain saddle on the drain pipe.
- Connect the tank ball valve to the storage tank.
- Connect the color-coded tubing to the corresponding ports on the main unit, tank, faucet, and drain saddle.
Penting: It is recommended to wait until the entire system is pressurized (including the storage tank and faucet) and re-check for any leaks before leaving the installation site.
5. Arahan Operasi
5.1 Permulaan dan Pembilas Awal
- After installation, slowly open the feed water valve to allow water to enter the system.
- Check all connections for leaks. Tighten any loose fittings.
- Open the RO faucet and allow the system to fill the storage tank. This may take several hours.
- Once the tank is full (water flow from the faucet slows to a trickle), close the faucet and let the tank pressurize for 1-2 hours.
- Open the RO faucet completely and drain the entire tank. This flushes out any carbon fines and air from the system.
- Repeat the filling and draining process for the first two tanks of water. The first two tanks of water produced should be emptied and not used for consumption. It is normal for some black carbon fines to appear in the water during this initial flushing.
- After flushing, the system is ready for use.
5.2 Operasi Biasa
The system operates automatically. When you open the RO faucet, purified water will be dispensed from the storage tank. As water is drawn, the system will automatically produce more purified water to refill the tank.
