The Waring Commercial WCV300 is designed for vacuum packaging various food items, including dry goods, cheeses, and liquid-rich foods such as meats, soups, marinades, and stews. Vacuum-sealed foods can be stored, frozen, boiled in bags, or prepared using sous vide methods.

Using the Marinating Function
The marinating function uses pulsed vacuum cycles to rapidly infuse marinades into food items.
- Prepare Food and Marinade: Place food and marinade into a vacuum sealer bag. Ensure the bag is suitable for liquids and leave sufficient space at the top.
- Position and Close: Place the open end of the bag across the sealing bar and close the lid.
- Select Marinate: Press the "Marinate" button on the control panel. The unit will begin a series of vacuum and release cycles to accelerate the marinating process.
