1. Arahan Keselamatan Penting

Please read all instructions carefully before using the MISTRAL MO17D Electric Oven. Retain this manual for future reference. Incorrect operation may cause damage to the appliance or injury to the user.

• Always ensure the oven is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface with adequate ventilation around it.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use oven mitts or gloves when handling hot items or parts.
• Untuk melindungi daripada renjatan elektrik, jangan rendamkan kord, palam atau ketuhar di dalam air atau cecair lain.

3. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

3.1 Membongkar

1. Tanggalkan ketuhar dan semua aksesori daripada pembungkusan dengan berhati-hati.
2. Remove any packing materials, stickers, or protective films from the oven and its accessories.
3. Inspect the oven for any signs of damage. Do not operate if damaged.

3.2 Penempatan

1. Place the oven on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
2. Ensure there is at least 10-15 cm of clear space on all sides (top, back, and sides) for proper ventilation. Do not place the oven directly against a wall or under cabinets.
3. Keep the oven away from flammable materials, curtains, and heat sources.
4. Ensure the power cord can reach a grounded electrical outlet without being stretched or passing over hot surfaces.

3.3 Sebelum Penggunaan Pertama

1. Lap bahagian dalam dan luar ketuhar dengan iklanamp kain. Keringkan dengan teliti.
2. Wash the baking rack and tray in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry completely.
3. To eliminate any manufacturing odors, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at the maximum temperature (240°C) with both upper and lower heating elements selected. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process. A slight odor or smoke is normal during this initial use.

4. Arahan Operasi

Familiarize yourself with the control knobs before operation.

4.1 Fungsi Panel Kawalan

• Temperature Control Knob (Top): Allows selection of temperatures from 90°C to 240°C.
• Function Control Knob (Middle): Memilih mod pemanasan:
  • Haba Atas: Activates the top heating element. Ideal for browning or grilling.
  • Lower Heat: Activates the bottom heating element. Suitable for baking bases.
  • Upper & Lower Heat: Activates both heating elements. Best for general baking and roasting.
• Timer Control Knob (Bottom): Sets the cooking time from 0 to 60 minutes. It has a bell that rings when the set time expires. The 'Stay ON' setting allows for continuous operation.

4.2 Operasi Am

1. Menyediakan makanan: Place your food on the baking rack or tray.
2. Masukkan Makanan: Carefully slide the rack or tray into the desired position within the oven. Close the glass door securely.
3. Tetapkan Suhu: Pusingkan Tombol Kawalan Suhu to the desired cooking temperature (e.g., 180°C for baking).
4. Pilih Fungsi: Pusingkan Tombol Kawalan Fungsi to select the appropriate heating mode (e.g., Upper & Lower Heat for general baking).
5. Tetapkan Pemasa: Pusingkan Tombol Kawalan Pemasa to the desired cooking time (up to 60 minutes). The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating the oven is heating. If continuous operation is needed, turn the timer to 'Stay ON'.
6. Pantau Memasak: Observe the cooking process through the glass door.
7. penyiapan: When the timer reaches '0', a bell will ring, and the oven will turn off. If using 'Stay ON', manually turn the timer knob to 'OFF' when cooking is complete.

4.3 Pemanasan awal

For best results, it is often recommended to preheat the oven before placing food inside. Set the desired temperature and function, then set the timer for 5-10 minutes. Once the preheating time is complete, insert your food and reset the timer for the required cooking duration.

5. Pembersihan dan Penyelenggaraan

Pembersihan yang kerap memastikan prestasi optimum dan memanjangkan jangka hayat ketuhar anda.

1. Sentiasa cabut plag ketuhar dari soket kuasa dan biarkan ia sejuk sepenuhnya sebelum membersihkan.
2. Pembersihan Luaran: Lap permukaan luar dengan lembut, damp kain. Jangan gunakan pembersih yang kasar atau pad penggosok, kerana ia boleh menggaru kemasan.
3. Pembersihan Dalaman: Lap dinding dalaman dengan iklanamp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive oven cleaner designed for conventional ovens can be used, following the product's instructions. Ensure all cleaner residue is removed.
4. Aksesori: The baking rack and tray can be washed in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before returning them to the oven.
5. Dulang Kerak: Regularly remove and clean the crumb tray to prevent grease buildup and potential fire hazards.
6. Pintu kaca: Bersihkan pintu kaca dengan pembersih kaca atau iklanamp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the seal.
7. Storan: Apabila tidak digunakan, pastikan ketuhar bersih dan kering. Simpan di tempat yang sejuk dan kering.
