The Einhell TC-SY 600 S electric paint spraying system is designed for efficient application of varnish, glaze, and indoor wall paints on medium to large work surfaces. Always observe general safety precautions when operating power tools. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection, gloves, and a respirator, especially when spraying paints. Ensure adequate ventilation in the work area. Keep children and pets away from the operating device. Disconnect the power supply before performing any cleaning or maintenance.

Persediaan

1. Sediakan Kawasan Kerja: Ensure the area is clean, well-ventilated, and protected from overspray. Cover any surfaces not intended for painting.
2. Prepare the Paint:
   • Kacau cat dengan teliti.
   • Use the provided viscosity test container to check the paint's consistency. Fill the container with paint and time how long it takes for the paint to flow out completely. Refer to your paint manufacturer's recommendations for ideal viscosity.
   • If the paint is too thick, dilute it with the appropriate thinner (water for water-based paints, mineral spirits for oil-based paints) until the desired viscosity is achieved.
3. Fill the Paint Container: Unscrew the paint container from the spray gun. Pour the prepared paint into the 800 ml container. Securely reattach the container to the spray gun.
4. Select and Install Nozzle: Choose the appropriate nozzle based on the paint type and desired spray pattern. Attach it securely to the spray gun.

   • Vertical Fan: Untuk permukaan mendatar.

   • Circular Jet: For small areas or corners.
   Rotate the air cap on the spray gun to select the desired pattern.

3. Adjust Paint Quantity: Use the integrated paint quantity control dial on the spray gun to regulate the amount of paint being sprayed. Start with a lower setting and increase as needed.
4. Semburan Ujian: Before painting your actual project, perform a test spray on a piece of scrap material to check the spray pattern and paint flow. Adjust settings until satisfied.
5. Teknik Penyemburan:
   • Hold the spray gun at a consistent distance (typically 6-10 inches) from the surface.
   • Move the spray gun in smooth, even strokes, overlapping each pass slightly.

6. Matikan: Once painting is complete, switch off the main motor unit.

Proper cleaning after each use is essential for the longevity and optimal performance of your paint spraying system.

1. Empty Paint Container: Disconnect the power. Unscrew the paint container and pour any remaining paint back into its original can or dispose of it properly.
2. Bilas Awal: Fill the empty paint container with the appropriate cleaning solution (water for water-based paints, thinner for oil-based paints). Reattach the container and spray the cleaning solution through the gun until it runs clear. Dispose of the cleaning solution responsibly.
3. Bongkar dan Bersihkan:
   • Unscrew and remove the spray head and nozzle.
   • Use the provided cleaning brush to clean the riser pipe and the inside of the paint container.
   • Use the cleaning needle to clear any blockages in the spray nozzle.
   • Thoroughly clean all disassembled parts with the appropriate cleaning solution.
4. Keringkan dan Pasang semula: Allow all components to dry completely before reassembling the spray gun.
5. Storan: Store the paint spraying system in a clean, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and out of reach of children.
