1. Pengenalan
The BLU Joy is a user-friendly mobile phone designed for simplicity and ease of use, featuring a large keypad and an emergency access SOS key. This manual provides comprehensive instructions for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your BLU Joy phone.

2. Apa yang ada di dalam Kotak
Upon unboxing your BLU Joy phone, please ensure all the following items are present:

3. Persediaan
3.1. Pemasangan Bateri
- Tanggalkan penutup belakang telefon dengan lembut.
- Sejajarkan sentuhan bateri dengan terminal di dalam telefon.
- Tekan bateri ke bawah dengan kuat sehingga ia berbunyi pada tempatnya.
- Pasang semula penutup belakang, pastikan ia dipasang dengan kukuh.
3.2. Pemasangan Kad SIM
The BLU Joy supports Dual SIM functionality.
- Dengan penutup belakang dan bateri ditanggalkan, cari slot kad SIM.
- Insert your 2G GSM SIM card(s) into the designated slot(s) with the gold contacts facing down and the cut corner aligned correctly.
- Pastikan kad SIM diletakkan sepenuhnya.

Note: This phone is compatible with 2G GSM networks (850/900/1800/1900 MHz). It will not work with 3G-only providers or CDMA carriers.
3.3. Pengecasan Awal
Before first use, fully charge the phone for at least 4 hours.

4. Arahan Operasi
4.1. Hidupkan/Mati Kuasa
- To power on: Press and hold the Power/End Call button (red button) until the screen lights up.
- To power off: Press and hold the Power/End Call button until the power off options appear, then select "Power off".

4.2. Membuat dan Menerima Panggilan
- To make a call: Enter the phone number using the large keypad and press the Call button (green button).
- To receive a call: Press the Call button when the phone rings.
- To end a call: Press the End Call button (red button).
4.3. Sending and Receiving Text Messages
- Navigasi ke menu "Mesej".
- Select "New Message" to compose a text.
- Enter the recipient's number and your message using the keypad.
- Tekan "Hantar".
4.4. Butang Kecemasan SOS
The BLU Joy features a dedicated SOS button for emergency situations. This button can be configured to dial pre-set emergency contacts (police, medical, fire, or personal contacts).
- To activate: Press and hold the SOS button located on the back of the phone.
- The phone will automatically dial the pre-configured emergency numbers in sequence until a connection is made.

4.5. Lampu Suluh Terbina dalam
The phone includes a convenient built-in flashlight.
- To turn on/off: Locate the dedicated flashlight button on the side of the phone (or refer to the quick guide for specific key combination).

4.6. Multimedia Functions (MP3/MP4, FM Radio, VGA Camera)
- Pemain MP3/MP4: Access the multimedia menu to play audio and video files. You may need to insert a microSD card (not included) for storage.
- Radio FM: Tune into your favorite radio stations. An antenna is built-in.
- VGA Camera: Use the integrated camera for basic photo capture. Access it through the main menu.
5. Penyelenggaraan

- Avoid extreme temperatures, as they can reduce battery life.
