5. Persediaan & Pemasangan
- Position the Mixer: Place the stand mixer on a dry, flat, and stable surface. Ensure it is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Pasang Mangkuk: Lift the mixer head by pushing the release lever. Place the 3.5-quart stainless steel bowl onto the clamping plate, twisting it gently to secure it. Lower the mixer head until it locks into place.
- Insert the Beater/Accessory: Slide the chosen beater or accessory (Flex Edge Beater, Dough Hook, or Wire Whip) onto the beater shaft. Rotate the beater until it hooks over the pin on the shaft.

6. Arahan Operasi
- Tambah Bahan: With the mixer head tilted back, add your ingredients to the stainless steel bowl.
- Kepala Pengadun Bawah: Gently lower the mixer head until it clicks into its locked position.
- Pilih Kelajuan: Plug the mixer into a grounded electrical outlet. Turn the speed control lever to the desired speed setting (1-10). Start at a lower speed to prevent splashing, then gradually increase as needed.
- Pencampuran Monitor: Observe the mixing process. The tilt-head design allows for easy scraping of the bowl sides if necessary.
- Matikan: When mixing is complete, turn the speed control lever to '0' (Off) and unplug the mixer.
- Remove Beater/Accessory: Lift the mixer head, then gently push the beater upwards and twist to remove it from the shaft.
