5.1. Grinding by Weight

• Press and hold the 'Pulse' button (square button) to grind manually. Release the button to stop.

• To close the gate, slide the lever located at the base of the hopper to the 'Closed' position. This prevents beans from falling into the burrs when the hopper is removed.
• To open the gate, slide the lever to the 'Open' position.

3. Burr Cleaning: The Sette 270Wi's burrs are easily removable for cleaning. Twist the macro adjustment ring to the coarsest setting, then gently pull the outer burr assembly upwards to remove it. Use a brush (often included) to remove any accumulated coffee grounds from both burrs and the grinding chamber.
