3. Persediaan

3.1 Menyambungkan Telefon

1. Sambungkan Handset: Pasangkan satu hujung kord telefon bimbit yang digelung ke dalam telefon bimbit dan hujung yang satu lagi ke dalam port telefon bimbit di tapak telefon.
2. Sambungkan ke Rangkaian:
   • Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone.
   • Sambungkan hujung kabel Ethernet yang lain ke suis rangkaian atau penghala anda.
   • If using Power over Ethernet (PoE), the phone will power on automatically.
3. Sambungkan Kuasa (jika tidak menggunakan PoE): Plug the power adapter into the power port on the phone and then into an electrical outlet.
4. Sambungkan PC (Pilihan): If you wish to connect a computer through the phone, plug an Ethernet cable from your computer into the PC port on the phone.

3.2 But Awal

Upon successful connection, the phone will power on and begin its boot-up sequence. This process may take a few minutes as the phone obtains network configuration and registers with your SIP server. The display will show progress messages.

4. Arahan Operasi

4.1 Membuat Panggilan

1. Angkat telefon bimbit atau tekan kekunci Penceramah butang.
2. Dail nombor telefon yang dikehendaki menggunakan pad kekunci.
3. Tekan ke dail soft key or wait for the call to connect automatically.

4.2 Menjawab Panggilan

Apabila telefon berdering:

• Angkat telefon bimbit.
• Sebagai alternatif, tekan butang Penceramah butang untuk menjawab dalam mod pembesar suara telefon.
• Tekan ke Jawab kunci lembut.

4.3 Menamatkan Panggilan

Untuk menamatkan panggilan aktif:

• Letakkan telefon bimbit semula ke dalam buaiannya.
• If using speakerphone, press the Penceramah butang sekali lagi atau Tamatkan Panggilan kunci lembut.

4.4 Ciri Panggilan Asas

• Tahan: Semasa panggilan, tekan tahan soft key. Press it again to resume the call.
• Pemindahan: Semasa panggilan, tekan Pemindahan kekunci lembut, dail nombor baharu, kemudian tekan Pemindahan sekali lagi.
• Redam: Tekan ke bisu button to mute your microphone. Press it again to unmute.
• Kawalan Kelantangan: Gunakan Kelantangan buttons to adjust handset, speaker, or ringer volume.

5.1 Membersihkan Telefon

• Gunakan yang lembut, damp cloth to clean the phone's surface.
• Elakkan menggunakan pembersih atau pelarut yang kasar, kerana ini boleh merosakkan kemasan.
• Do not spray cleaning liquids directly onto the phone.

5.2 Kemas Kini Perisian Tegar

Firmware updates are typically managed by your system administrator. Do not attempt to manually update the firmware unless instructed by your IT department or Mitel support.
