Physical Features and Components

The Mitel Aastra 6869i features a large color display and a comprehensive set of keys for efficient communication. Refer to the image below for a visual guide to the phone's components.

Komponen Utama:

• Paparan Warna: Large, backlit display for call information, menus, and directories.

Panduan Persediaan

Follow these steps to set up your Mitel Aastra 6869i telephone.

1. Pasangkan Penyangga Meja: Align the desk stand with the slots on the back of the phone unit and snap it into place.
2. Sambungkan Handset: Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the handset and the other end into the handset port on the back of the phone unit (marked with a handset icon).
3. Connect to Network (Ethernet):
   • Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the LAN port on the back of the phone (marked with a network icon).
   • Palamkan hujung kabel Ethernet yang satu lagi ke dalam suis rangkaian atau penghala anda.
   • Note: If your network supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), the phone will power on automatically.
4. Sambungkan Kuasa (jika tidak menggunakan PoE): If PoE is not available, connect the power adapter to the power port on the back of the phone and then plug it into a standard electrical outlet.
5. Sambungkan Fon Kepala (Pilihan): If using a headset, plug it into the dedicated headset port on the phone (marked with a headset icon).
6. Boot-up awal: The phone will power on and begin its boot sequence. This may take a few minutes. The display will show the boot progress and then the main idle screen once connected to the network and registered with your SIP server.

Arahan Operasi

Fungsi Panggilan Asas

• Membuat Panggilan:
  1. Lift the handset, press the Speakerphone button, or press an available Line key.
  2. Dail nombor yang dikehendaki menggunakan papan kekunci angka.
  3. Tekan ke dail soft key or wait for the call to connect automatically.
• Menjawab Panggilan:
  1. When the phone rings, lift the handset, press the Speakerphone button, or press the flashing Line key.
• Menamatkan Panggilan:
  1. If using the handset, place it back in the cradle.
  2. If using speakerphone or headset, press the Tamatkan Panggilan soft key or the Speakerphone/Headset button.

Advanced Call Functions

• Tahan: Semasa panggilan aktif, tekan tahan soft key or dedicated Hold button. To resume, press the flashing Line key or the Sambung semula kunci lembut.
• Pemindahan: Semasa panggilan aktif, tekan Xfer (Transfer) soft key or dedicated Transfer button. Dial the transfer destination number, then press the Pemindahan kunci lembut lagi.
• Persidangan: Semasa panggilan aktif, tekan Conf (Conference) soft key or dedicated Conference button. Dial the number of the third party, and once connected, press the Conf kekunci lembut sekali lagi untuk menyertai semua pihak.

Using the Display and Soft Keys

The color display provides visual information about calls, menus, and phone status. The soft keys located directly below the display change their function based on the current context. Their labels on the screen indicate their current action (e.g., Pickup, Conf, Xfer, Voicemail, Home).

Mel suara

To access your voicemail, press the dedicated Mel suara button. Follow the audio prompts to listen to messages, change greetings, or adjust settings.

Direktori/Kenalan

Access your phone's directory by pressing the Direktori soft key or a dedicated button (if configured). Use the navigation cluster to scroll through contacts and press the dail soft key to initiate a call.

Kawalan Kelantangan

Adjust the volume during a call using the Kelantangan Naik dan Kelantangan Kurang buttons. When the phone is idle, these buttons control the ringer volume.

Membersihkan Telefon

• Putuskan sambungan telefon daripada kuasa sebelum membersihkannya.
• Gunakan yang lembut, damp, kain bebas lin untuk mengelap permukaan telefon.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents, as these can damage the finish.
