4.3 Arahan Pendawaian

1. Carefully open the detector housing to access the wiring terminals.
2. Connect the Live (L) wire from the power supply to the Live input terminal on the detector.
3. Connect the Neutral (N) wire from the power supply to the Neutral input terminal on the detector.
4. Connect the Switched Live (L') output terminal of the detector to the Live input of your lighting fixture.
5. Connect the Neutral wire from the lighting fixture to the Neutral wire of the main power supply (or to the Neutral terminal on the detector if provided for load).
6. Secure all connections firmly and ensure no bare wires are exposed.
7. Close the detector housing and mount it securely in the chosen location.

Once installed, the CHACON 34310 Motion Detector can be configured and operated using its mode selector switch and internal adjustment dials.

• ON: The connected light will remain continuously on, regardless of motion detection or ambient light levels.

• MATI: The connected light will remain continuously off, regardless of motion detection.

• Light Sensitivity (Candle Power Command): This dial determines the ambient light level at which the detector will become active. It can be adjusted from full darkness (light will activate even in bright conditions) to daylight (light will only activate in low light conditions). Turn clockwise for higher sensitivity (activates in brighter conditions), counter-clockwise for lower sensitivity (activates only in darker conditions).
