This manual provides detailed instructions for the Timex Men's Expedition Scout 40 watch, model TW4B01700. Please read this manual thoroughly to ensure proper use and care of your timepiece. 1. Initial Activation and Crown Guard Removal
To conserve battery life during shipping, your watch arrives with a plastic crown guard. This guard must be removed before the watch can begin operating.

- Remove the Crown Guard: Gently pull out the small plastic piece located between the crown (the knob on the side of the watch) and the watch case.
- Tolak Mahkota Masuk: Once the crown guard is removed, push the crown fully into the watch case. The second hand should begin to move, indicating the watch is now active.
2. Menetapkan Masa
- Tarik Mahkota: Gently pull the crown out to the outermost position (position 2).

- Tolak Ke Mahkota: Once the date is set, push the crown back into its normal operating position (position 1).
