4. Produk Lebihview
The Littelfuse Motorsaver Model 102A is a compact and robust voltage monitor designed for industrial applications. It continuously monitors the voltage of a 3-phase system to detect conditions such as phase loss, phase reversal, undervoltage, dan overvoltage, protecting connected motors from damage.

5. Persediaan dan Pemasangan
5.1 Pemasangan
The Model 102A is designed for DIN rail mounting. Ensure a secure and stable mounting location within an appropriate enclosure, away from excessive vibration, heat, or moisture.
5.2 Pendawaian
Refer to the wiring diagrams below for proper connection. All wiring should comply with local and national electrical codes. Use 12-18 AWG wire for connections.

5.3 Tatarajah Awal
Before applying power, set the "LINE VOLTAGE ADJUST" dial to the nominal line voltage of your system (e.g., 208, 220, 240, 380, 400, 415, 460, 480 VAC). Set the "RESTART DELAY" dial to the desired delay time (e.g., 70, 180, 300 seconds). This delay prevents rapid cycling of the motor after a fault condition clears.
6. Operasi
Once properly installed and configured, the Model 102A operates automatically. It continuously monitors the 3-phase line voltage for abnormal conditions.
6.1 Lampu Penunjuk
- RUN Light: Illuminates when the monitored voltage is within acceptable limits and the relay is energized, allowing the motor to run.
- LIGHT (Fault) Indicator: Illuminates when a fault condition is detected (e.g., phase loss, phase reversal, undervoltage, kelebihantage). The relay will de-energize, stopping the motor.
6.2 Restart Delay
After a fault condition clears, the unit will wait for the set "RESTART DELAY" time before re-energizing the relay. This protects the motor from short-cycling and allows time for the system to stabilize.
6.3 Manual Reset (if applicable)
Some configurations may include a manual reset option. If a manual reset is wired into the system (refer to Figure 5.2), the unit will not automatically restart after a fault clears until the manual reset button is pressed.
7. Penyelenggaraan
The Littelfuse Motorsaver Model 102A is designed for long-term, maintenance-free operation. However, periodic checks are recommended to ensure optimal performance and system integrity.
- Pemeriksaan Visual: Periodically inspect the unit for any signs of physical damage, discoloration, or loose connections.
- Sambungan Terminal: Ensure all terminal screw connections remain tight. Loose connections can lead to overheating and unreliable operation.
- Keadaan Persekitaran: Sahkan bahawa persekitaran operasi kekal dalam julat suhu dan kelembapan yang ditetapkan.
- Ujian Kefungsian: If possible and safe to do so, periodically simulate a fault condition (e.g., temporarily disconnect one phase) to confirm the unit responds as expected. Restore normal conditions promptly.
8. Penyelesaian masalah
This section provides guidance for common issues encountered with the Model 102A.
| Masalah | Kemungkinan Punca | Penyelesaian |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not power on / No lights | No input power; Incorrect wiring; Blown fuse in control circuit. | Check input power supply. Verify wiring connections. Check and replace fuses if necessary. |
| LIGHT (Fault) indicator is on, motor not running | Phase loss; Undervoltage/Overvoltage; Phase reversal; Incorrect voltagpenetapan e. | Check all three phases for proper voltage. Sahkan voltage levels are within acceptable range. Confirm phase sequence. Adjust "LINE VOLTAGE ADJUST" dial to match nominal line voltage. |
| Motor does not restart after fault clears | Restart delay active; Manual reset required (if configured). | Wait for the "RESTART DELAY" period to expire. If manual reset is configured, press the reset button. |
| Intermittent tripping | Unstable power supply; Loose connections; Motor issues. | Monitor line voltage for fluctuations. Tighten all wiring connections. Inspect motor and load for issues. |
