3. Persediaan dan Penggunaan Awal
3.1 Opening the Umbrella
- Remove the umbrella from its protective cover.

4.1 Wind Resistance
The Senz Original umbrella is engineered with an aerodynamic design that allows it to naturally find the optimal position in the wind, preventing it from inverting. It is windproof up to 100 km/h (approximately 62 mph).
- Allow the umbrella to orient itself with the wind. Do not fight against the wind direction.
- Maintain a firm grip on the handle during strong gusts.

4.2 UV Protection
The canopy material provides UV protection with a UPF 50+ rating, offering excellent defense against harmful sun rays.
4.3 Closing the Umbrella
- Press the release button on the handle.
- Gently pull the canopy down until it fully collapses.
- Secure the canopy with the integrated strap.

6. Penyelesaian masalah

- Penyelesaian: Ensure you press the release button fully and extend the canopy until you hear a distinct click, indicating it is securely locked. If the issue persists, gently push the canopy upwards until it engages. Avoid forcing the mechanism.
6.2 Difficulty Closing the Umbrella
- Isu: The canopy is stiff or difficult to collapse.
- Penyelesaian: Ensure the release button is fully depressed. If the umbrella has been exposed to extreme temperatures or moisture, allow it to return to room temperature and dry completely before attempting to close it again.
