1. Produk Lebihview

The Bixolon SRP-350II is a monochrome desktop direct thermal receipt printer designed for efficient and reliable point-of-sale (POS) operations. It utilizes direct thermal printing technology, eliminating the need for ink cartridges, resulting in quieter operation, faster print speeds, and reduced energy consumption compared to traditional dot-matrix printers. This printer is suitable for printing receipts, barcode labels, and other media up to 3 inches wide.

2. Panduan Persediaan

2.1 Pembukaan dan Pemeriksaan Kandungan

Keluarkan semua komponen dari pembungkusan dengan berhati-hati. Sahkan bahawa item berikut ada:

2.2 Menyambung Kuasa

2.3 Connecting the Data Cable (Serial)

The SRP-350II features a serial interface for connectivity.

1. Locate the serial port on the back of the printer.
2. Connect a compatible serial cable (sold separately) from your host device (e.g., computer, POS system) to the printer's serial port.
3. Secure the cable connections if necessary.

2.4 Loading Receipt Paper

1. Open the paper roll cover by lifting the latch or pressing the release button.
2. Insert the new paper roll into the paper compartment, ensuring the paper feeds from the bottom of the roll.

3. Arahan Operasi

3.1 Menghidupkan/Mematikan

• To power on: Flip the power switch on the side of the printer to the ON (I) position. The Power indicator light should illuminate.

3.2 Lampu Penunjuk

The printer features several indicator lights on its top panel:

4.1 Membersihkan Kepala Cetak

The print head should be cleaned periodically, especially if print quality degrades or after changing many paper rolls.

1. Matikan pencetak dan cabut kord kuasa.
2. Buka penutup gulungan kertas.
3. Using a cotton swab lightly moistened with isopropyl alcohol, gently wipe the thermal elements of the print head. Avoid touching the print head with bare hands.
4. Benarkan kepala cetakan kering sepenuhnya sebelum menutup penutup dan menyambung semula kuasa.

4.2 Membersihkan Penggelek Platen

The platen roller helps feed the paper smoothly. Clean it if paper jams occur frequently or if paper feeding becomes inconsistent.

1. Matikan pencetak dan cabut kord kuasa.
2. Buka penutup gulungan kertas.
3. Using a cotton swab lightly moistened with isopropyl alcohol, gently clean the surface of the rubber platen roller.
4. Rotate the roller manually to clean the entire surface.
5. Allow it to dry completely before closing the cover and reconnecting power.

4.3 Pembersihan Am

Lap bahagian luar pencetak dengan lembut, damp kain. Jangan gunakan pembersih atau pelarut yang melelas.

5. Penyelesaian masalah

5.1 Tiada Kuasa

• Ensure the power cord is securely connected to the printer, power adapter, and electrical outlet.
• Verify the power switch is in the ON (I) position.
• Test the electrical outlet with another device to confirm it is functional.

5.2 No Print Output

• Check if the printer is powered on and the Power indicator light is illuminated.
• Ensure the serial data cable is securely connected to both the printer and the host device.
• Verify that the paper roll is loaded correctly and there is sufficient paper. The Paper indicator should not be lit.
• Confirm that your POS software or application is sending print commands to the correct printer and port.
• Check for any error lights.

5.3 Paper Jam

• Matikan pencetak.
• Buka penutup gulungan kertas.
• Carefully remove any jammed paper. Avoid tearing the paper inside the mechanism.
• Ensure the paper path is clear before reloading the paper roll and closing the cover.

5.4 Kualiti Cetakan Lemah

• The paper roll may be old or of poor quality. Replace it with a new, high-quality thermal paper roll.
• Bersihkan kepala cetakan seperti yang diterangkan dalam bahagian Penyelenggaraan.
• Ensure the paper roll is inserted correctly, with the thermal side facing the print head.
