The unit features preset massage programs tailored for different muscle groups, allowing for customized treatment. Users can adjust speed and intensity, and choose between 'Massage,' 'Beat,' or 'Knead' settings to control the rhythm and sensation of their therapy session. 4. Persediaan

1. Pasang Bateri: Carefully install the included 4 AAA batteries into the unit. Ensure correct polarity.
2. Connect Lead Wires: With the unit turned off, plug one lead wire into one of the output ports on the top of the unit.
3. Attach Electrode Pads: Attach the lead wire to the included reusable self-stick electrode pads.
4. Apply Pads to Skin: Carefully peel the electrodes from their storage card and place the pads on clean, dry skin on either side of the painful area.

5. Arahan Operasi

1. Hidupkan kuasa: Turn the thumbwheel directly below the lead wire to '1' to power on the unit. Verify that the letter 'P' appears on the screen, indicating power.
2. Pilih Mod: Choose your desired massage program (e.g., Waist, Shoulder, Joint, Hand-Foot, Sole) or manual setting (Massage, Beat, Knead) using the corresponding buttons.
3. Laraskan Kelajuan: Use the 'Speed +' and 'Speed -' buttons to adjust the pulse speed to your preference.
4. Laraskan Intensiti: Slowly raise the power intensity using the thumbwheels. Start with a mild setting (e.g., 1) and gradually increase to a comfortable yet effective level (up to 10).
5. Utilize Dual Channels: The unit has two separate channels, allowing you to use one side initially and then both sides on two different areas of your body simultaneously.
6. Repeat Feature: The 'Repeat' button allows the unit to stay on the current program without cycling through to the next program in a preset sequence.

6. Penyelenggaraan

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your truMedic PL-009 unit:

• Keep the unit and electrode pads clean and dry. Wipe the unit with a soft, damp kain mengikut keperluan.
• Store the electrode pads on their original storage card after each use to maintain their adhesive quality.
• Replace electrode pads when they lose their stickiness or become worn.

7. Penyelesaian masalah

If you experience issues with your truMedic PL-009 unit, consider the following:

• Tiada Kuasa: Ensure batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. Replace batteries if necessary.
• Tiada Sensasi: Check that lead wires are securely plugged into the unit and the electrode pads. Ensure pads are firmly adhered to clean, dry skin. Gradually increase the intensity level.
• Weak Sensation: The electrode pads may be losing their conductivity. Try new pads. Ensure skin is clean and free of lotions or oils.
• Irregular Pulses: Check all connections. Ensure the unit is not exposed to extreme temperatures or humidity.
