Komponen Utama:
- Tolok Tekanan: Displays the regulated air pressure.
- Tombol Pelarasan: Used to increase or decrease the regulated air pressure.
- Air Inlet (¼ NPS (M)): Connects to the air supply hose.
- Air Outlet (¼ NPS (F)): Connects to the spray gun.
4. Persediaan
- Ensure your air compressor is off and the air line is depressurized.
- Thread the male ¼ NPS inlet of the HAV-501 valve into your air supply hose. Use thread sealant tape (PTFE tape) for a secure, airtight connection.
- Thread your professional spray gun onto the female ¼ NPS outlet of the HAV-501 valve. Again, use thread sealant tape for a proper seal.
- Ensure all connections are tight but do not overtighten.
- Slowly turn on the air supply to the hose.
5. Arahan Operasi
- With the air supply on, observe the pressure gauge on the HAV-501 valve.
- To adjust the air pressure, turn the adjustment knob.
- Turn clockwise to increase the regulated pressure.
- Turn counter-clockwise to decrease the regulated pressure.
- Adjust the pressure to the recommended setting for your specific spray gun and material.
- Always check the pressure reading on the gauge before beginning your spraying task.
6. Penyelenggaraan
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your HAV-501 valve.
- Pembersihan: Wipe the exterior of the valve and gauge with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use harsh solvents or abrasive cleaners.
- Pemeriksaan: Periodically inspect the valve body, gauge, and connections for any signs of damage, cracks, or leaks.
- Storan: When not in use, store the valve in a clean, dry environment, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
