4. Persediaan

4.1. Pemasangan Bateri

1. Buka penutup petak bateri di belakang unit utama.
2. Insert four (4) AA alkaline batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
3. Tutup penutup petak bateri dengan selamat.

4.2. Cuff Attachment

1. Connect the air tube from the arm cuff to the air jack on the side of the main unit. Ensure a secure connection.
2. The cuff should fit comfortably around your upper arm. Refer to the cuff size guide if available.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1. Bersedia untuk Pengukuran

• Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, or exercising for at least 30 minutes before measurement.
• Rehat selama 5-10 minit dalam persekitaran yang tenang sebelum mengambil ukuran.
• Sit upright with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Do not cross your legs.
• Letakkan lengan anda di atas permukaan yang rata supaya manset berada pada paras jantung.
• Ensure clothing does not constrict your arm. Roll up sleeves if necessary.
• Wrap the cuff firmly around your bare upper arm, approximately 2-3 cm above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the center of your arm.

5.2. Mengambil Pengukuran

1. Press the "START/STOP" button to turn on the device. The display will show all symbols briefly, then "00".
2. The cuff will automatically inflate. Remain still and silent during inflation and measurement.
3. Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the LCD screen.
4. Press the "START/STOP" button again to turn off the device, or it will automatically shut off after approximately one minute of inactivity.

5.3. Fungsi Memori

The device stores up to 120 measurements. To view bacaan lepas:

1. With the device off, press the "MEM" button.
2. Ukuran terkini akan dipaparkan dahulu.
3. Press the "MEM" button repeatedly to scroll through older measurements.
4. To exit memory mode, press the "START/STOP" button or wait for automatic shut-off.

• Clean the main unit and cuff with a soft, dry cloth.
• Jika perlu, gunakan kain ringan dampdisapu dengan air atau detergen lembut. Jangan gunakan pembersih yang melelas atau rendam peranti di dalam air.

6.2. Penyimpanan

• Simpan peranti di tempat yang sejuk dan kering, jauh dari cahaya matahari langsung dan suhu yang melampau.
• Jika peranti tidak akan digunakan untuk tempoh yang lama, keluarkan bateri untuk mengelakkan kebocoran.
