Manual Arahan Pemanas Ruang Atas Tangki MASTER MH-32-TTC LP

1. Produk Lebihview

The Master MH-32-TTC LP Tank Top Space Heater is designed to provide radiant heat for various applications. This portable unit mounts directly to a 20-pound propane tank, offering a compact and mobile heating solution. It features variable heat output and match-light ignition.

2. Maklumat Keselamatan Penting

WARNING: Read and understand all instructions and safety warnings before operating this heater. Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire, explosion, serious injury, or death.

Pengudaraan: This heater consumes air (oxygen). Do not use in unventilated areas. Adequate ventilation must be provided.
Gas Propana: Use only propane gas. Ensure the propane tank is upright and secured.
Pelepasan: Maintain minimum clearances from combustible materials. Refer to product labels for specific distances.
Bahan mudah terbakar: Jangan simpan atau gunakan petrol atau wap dan cecair mudah terbakar yang lain berhampiran pemanas ini.

3. Komponen

The Master MH-32-TTC heater typically includes the following main components:

A standard 20-pound (or larger) LP gas cylinder (not included) is required for operation.

4. Arahan Persediaan

Prepare Propane Tank: Ensure the propane tank is full, upright, and placed on a stable, level surface.
Attach Heater to Tank: Carefully align the heater's mounting bracket with the collar of the propane tank. Securely fasten the heater to the tank using the provided attachment mechanism. Ensure it is stable and cannot tip over.
Sambungkan Pengawal Selia: Connect the regulator and hose assembly to the propane tank valve. Hand-tighten the connection firmly. Do not overtighten.
Semak Kebocoran: Before lighting, perform a leak test. Apply a soap and water solution to all connections. If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Tighten connections or replace parts as necessary. Never use an open flame to check for leaks.
Kedudukan: Place the heater in a well-ventilated area, away from combustible materials, walls, and ceilings. Ensure adequate clearance as specified in the safety section.

5. Arahan Operasi

Open Propane Valve: Slowly open the main valve on the propane tank counter-clockwise until fully open.
Pencucuhan:
- Pastikan tombol kawalan pemanas berada dalam kedudukan "MATI".
- Hold a lit match or lighter near the burner screen.
- Slowly turn the heater's control knob to the "LOW" position. The burner should ignite.
- Jika pembakar tidak menyala dalam masa 5 saat, putar tombol kawalan ke "MATI", tunggu 5 minit sehingga gas hilang, dan ulangi proses penyalaan.
Laraskan Output Haba: Once ignited, adjust the control knob to the desired heat setting (LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH) for variable output up to 32,000 BTU.
Tutup: To turn off the heater, first close the main valve on the propane tank. Allow the flame to extinguish naturally. Then, turn the heater's control knob to the "OFF" position.

6. Penyelenggaraan

Pemeriksaan Berkala: Periodically inspect the hose and connections for signs of wear, cuts, or leaks. Replace damaged components immediately.
Pembersihan: Keep the heater's burner screens and air inlets free from dust and debris. Use a soft brush or compressed air. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Storan: When not in use, disconnect the heater from the propane tank. Store the heater in a dry, protected area. Store propane tanks outdoors in a well-ventilated area, away from ignition sources.

7. Penyelesaian masalah
