This manual provides instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Clarity P-300 Amplified Photo Phone. The P-300 is designed to offer enhanced communication with features such as amplified sound, large high-contrast buttons, and photo speed dial capabilities, making it suitable for users with hearing or vision challenges.

Persediaan
- Pemasangan Bateri: The Clarity P-300 requires 4 AA batteries for certain functions (e.g., memory retention during power outages). Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the phone base. Insert 4 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment cover securely.
- Sambungkan Handset: Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the jack on the side of the phone base and the other end into the jack on the handset.
- Sambungkan Talian Telefon: Plug one end of the telephone line cord into the jack labeled 'LINE' on the back or side of the phone base. Plug the other end into a standard telephone wall jack.

Arahan Operasi
Membuat dan Menerima Panggilan
- Untuk Membuat Panggilan: Lift the handset, listen for a dial tone, and then dial the desired number using the large numeric keypad.
- Untuk Menerima Panggilan: Apabila telefon berdering, angkat gagang telefon untuk menjawab.

- Tahan: Tekan ke TAHAN button to place a call on hold. Press again to resume.

Photo Speed Dial Buttons
The Clarity P-300 features 9 photo speed dial buttons. You can customize these buttons with pictures of your contacts for one-touch dialing.
- Setting Up Photo Speed Dial:
- Angkat telefon bimbit.
- Tekan ke PROG button (located near the bottom controls).
- Press one of the 9 photo buttons you wish to program.
- Dial the telephone number you want to store for that button.
- Tekan ke PROG butang sekali lagi untuk menyimpan.
- You can then insert a photo of the contact into the clear cover of the corresponding button. Generic ready-to-use icons are also provided.
- Using Photo Speed Dial: Lift the handset, then press the desired photo button to automatically dial the stored number.
Amplification and Volume Control
The phone offers significant amplification for improved listening clarity.
- Satu Sentuhan Amppemberitahuan: Tekan biru AMPHIDUP button (located below the keypad) to activate the amplification feature. An indicator light will illuminate when amplifikasi aktif.
- Handset Volume Control: Gunakan HANDSET VOL slider switch to adjust the listening volume in the handset. When used with the amplification button, the sound increase can be up to 10 times greater than normal.
- Automatic Tone Enhancement: The phone includes automatic tone enhancement to further improve speech clarity.
Ringer Controls
- Kelantangan Dering: Adjust the ringer volume using the RINGER VOL switch (LO/HI).
- Ringer Pitch: Adjust the ringer pitch using the RINGER PITCH switch (LO/HI).
- Visual Ringer: The phone features a bright visual ringer that flashes when an incoming call is detected.

- Pembersihan: To clean the phone, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the phone's surface.
- Penggantian Bateri: Replace the 4 AA batteries annually or when the phone's memory functions (if applicable) become unreliable during power outages.
