1. Pengenalan

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective use of the Testboy TV 430N Digital Insulation Tester. This device is designed for measuring insulation resistance, performing continuity tests, and measuring AC voltage. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the device.

4. Persediaan

4.1 Pemasangan Bateri

1. Ensure the device is switched OFF.
2. Cari petak bateri di bahagian belakang peranti.
3. Buka penutup petak bateri.
4. Insert six (6) 1.5V AA LR06 batteries, observing correct polarity.
5. Tutup penutup petak bateri dengan selamat.

Peranti kini sedia untuk beroperasi.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1 Pengukuran Rintangan Penebat

This function measures the resistance of insulation in electrical systems and components.

1. Ensure the circuit under test is de-energized and safely discharged.
2. Connect the test leads to the appropriate terminals on the device and to the circuit under test.
3. Turn the Function Dial to the desired insulation test voltage (250V, 500V atau 1000V).
4. Tekan dan tahan butang UJIAN button. The display will show the insulation resistance value in MΩ.
5. For continuous testing, press the KUNCI button after pressing UJIAN. Tekan KUNCI sekali lagi untuk dilepaskan.
6. Lepaskan UJIAN button to stop the measurement. The device will automatically discharge the circuit.

5.2 Ujian Kesinambungan

This function checks for a continuous electrical path in a circuit.

1. Pastikan litar yang diuji dinyahtenagakan.
2. Connect the test leads to the appropriate terminals on the device and to the circuit under test.
3. Turn the Function Dial to the Continuity/Resistance (Ω) position.
4. If continuity is detected (low resistance), an audible tone will sound, and the resistance value will be displayed.

5.3 AC Jldtage Pengukuran

This function measures alternating current voltage.

1. Connect the test leads to the appropriate terminals on the device and to the voltage sumber.
2. Turn the Function Dial to the AC Voltage (ACV) position.
3. Paparan akan menunjukkan vol ACtage value in Volts.

6. Penyelenggaraan

6.1 Penggantian Bateri

Gantikan bateri apabila penunjuk bateri lemah muncul pada paparan. Rujuk Bahagian 4.1 untuk arahan pemasangan bateri.

6.2 Pembersihan

Lap peranti dengan iklanamp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the device is dry before storage or use.

7. Penyelesaian masalah

• Tiada Paparan: Periksa pemasangan bateri dan cas. Gantikan bateri jika perlu.
• Bacaan yang salah: Ensure test leads are properly connected and not damaged. Verify the correct function is selected on the dial.
• No Continuity Tone: Check if the circuit is truly continuous and if the resistance is within the device's detection range.
• Peranti Tidak Membalas: Turn the device OFF, remove batteries, wait a few minutes, then reinsert batteries and turn ON. If the issue persists, contact support.
