1. Pengenalan

The Sunfire Dynamic SDS-10 is a high-performance subwoofer featuring a 10-inch front-firing active woofer and a down-firing passive radiator, powered by a 250W RMS high-efficiency Class-D digital amplifier. It includes low-power standby mode with signal-sensing power on/off, continuously variable phase, crossover, and volume controls, and gold-plated connections for superior audio fidelity.

4. Persediaan

4.1 Membongkar dan Meletakkan

Carefully remove the subwoofer from its packaging. It is recommended to place the subwoofer in a corner of the room for optimal bass response, though experimentation with placement may yield different results depending on room acoustics.

4.2 Sambungan

Before making any connections, ensure the subwoofer is unplugged from the power outlet.

• Input LFE (Disyorkan): Connect an RCA cable from the LFE or Subwoofer Output of your AV receiver to the LFE input on the SDS-10.
• Input RCA Stereo: If your receiver does not have an LFE output, connect RCA cables from the Left and Right pre-out outputs of your receiver to the corresponding Left and Right inputs on the subwoofer.
• Sambungan Kuasa: Once all audio connections are made, connect the supplied power cord to the AC IN receptacle on the subwoofer and then to a wall outlet.

5. Mengendalikan Subwufer

5.1 Hidupkan/Mati Kuasa

The subwoofer features a signal-sensing power on/off function. When an audio signal is detected, the subwoofer will automatically power on. After a period of inactivity, it will enter a low-power standby mode.

• To manually power on, ensure the main power switch on the rear panel is in the "ON" position.
• To fully power off, switch the main power switch to the "OFF" position.

5.2 Kawalan dan Pelarasan

The SDS-10 offers several controls on its rear panel for fine-tuning its performance to your listening environment and preferences.

This helps ensure that the bass waves from the subwoofer align correctly with those from your main speakers, preventing cancellation or reinforcement issues. Experiment with 0° and 180° settings to find the one that produces the most impactful and coherent bass.

6. Penyelenggaraan

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Sunfire Dynamic SDS-10 Subwoofer, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Pembersihan: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the cabinet. Do not use liquid cleaners, aerosol cleaners, or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the finish.
