The Mitel 5320 IP Phone is a comprehensive, full-feature applications telephone designed for modern business communication. It features a large graphics display and eight self-labeling keys that can be programmed as speed dial keys, line keys, or feature access keys. Twelve fixed-function keys provide convenient one-touch access to commonly used telephony features, navigation keys and menus, as well as customizable user settings. The Mitel 5320 IP Phone also includes three contextual softkeys to help users easily navigate through telephony functions.

Sambungan Fizikal
- Connect the handset cord to the handset and the designated port on the phone unit.
- Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the "LAN" port on the back of the phone.
- Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to an active network port (e.g., wall jack or network switch).
- If not using PoE, connect the power adapter to the phone's power input and then to a power outlet.
Boot-up Awal
Upon successful connection, the phone will power on and begin its boot-up sequence. The display will show various status messages as it connects to the network and registers with your communication system. This process may take a few minutes.

Fungsi Panggilan Asas
- Membuat Panggilan: Lift the handset or press the Speaker button, then dial the number.
- Menjawab Panggilan: Lift the handset or press the Speaker button when the phone rings.
- Menamatkan Panggilan: Replace the handset or press the Speaker button again.
- Tahan: Tekan ke tahan butang semasa panggilan.
- Pemindahan: Tekan ke Pemindahan button, dial the new number, and then press Pemindahan sekali lagi.
- Persidangan: Tekan ke Persidangan button, dial the next participant, and then press Persidangan sekali lagi untuk menyertai semua pihak.
Kekunci Boleh Aturcara
The eight self-labeling keys on the left side of the display can be programmed for various functions, such as speed dials, line appearances, or feature access. Consult your system administrator for specific programming details.
Navigasi dan Menu
Use the navigation cluster (up, down, left, right arrows) and the contextual softkeys below the display to navigate through menus and access phone features. The display will show options relevant to the current context.
