This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your OpenStage 30 T phone.

2. Persediaan
The OpenStage 30 T is a digital system phone that requires connection to a compatible Unify (formerly Siemens Enterprise Communications) PBX system. It is not designed for direct connection to a standard analog telephone line.
2.1 Menyambungkan Telefon
- Sambungkan Handset: Plug the coiled cord from the handset into the designated port on the side or back of the phone base.
- Sambungkan Kord Talian: Connect one end of the telephone line cord to the 'Line' port on the back of the OpenStage 30 T phone. Connect the other end to the appropriate digital extension port on your PBX system or wall jack provided by your system administrator.
- Sambungan Kuasa: The OpenStage 30 T typically receives power directly from the digital line connection to the PBX. No separate power adapter is usually required. If your specific setup requires an external power supply (not included), connect it to the designated power port and then to an electrical outlet.
2.2 But Awal
Once connected, the phone will power on automatically. The display will show a boot-up sequence, and then typically display the date, time, and your extension number. If the phone does not power on or displays an error, consult the Troubleshooting section or your system administrator.
3. Arahan Operasi
3.1 Membuat Panggilan
- Angkat Telefon Bimbit: Angkat telefon bimbit atau tekan kekunci Penceramah key to activate the speakerphone.
- Nombor Dail: Use the numeric keypad to dial the desired telephone number.
- Tamatkan Panggilan: Gantikan telefon bimbit atau tekan butang Penceramah kekunci sekali lagi untuk menamatkan panggilan.
3.2 Menerima Panggilan
- Apabila telefon berdering, angkat telefon bimbit atau tekan butang Penceramah key to answer.
3.3 Using Fixed Function Keys
The OpenStage 30 T features 8 fixed function keys, typically labeled with icons or common functions such as Mesej, tahan, Pemindahan, Persidangan, Panggil semula, dan bisu. Refer to the icons on your specific phone for their exact functions. Press a key to activate its corresponding function.
3.4 Using Programmable Keys
The 8 programmable keys can be configured by your system administrator for various functions, such as speed dial numbers, line appearances, or advanced features. The LED next to each key indicates its status (e.g., busy, ringing, available). Press a programmable key to activate its assigned function.
3.5 Speakerphone Operation
- Untuk mengaktifkan pembesar suara telefon semasa panggilan, tekan Penceramah kunci.
- Untuk kembali ke telefon bimbit, angkat telefon bimbit.
- To end a speakerphone call, press the Penceramah kunci lagi.
3.6 Kawalan Kelantangan
Use the dedicated volume control keys (usually marked with '+' and '-') to adjust the handset, speakerphone, or ringer volume during a call or when the phone is idle.
4. Penyelenggaraan
4.1 Membersihkan Telefon
- Disconnect the phone from the line if possible before cleaning.
- Gunakan yang lembut, sedikit damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces of the phone.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or strong chemical solutions, as these can damage the phone's finish and electronic components.

4.2 Penjagaan Am
- Jauhkan telefon daripada cahaya matahari langsung, sumber haba dan kelembapan berlebihan.

5.3 Kualiti Panggilan yang Buruk
- Laraskan Kelantangan: Use the volume keys to adjust the listening volume.
- Check Handset/Speakerphone: Ensure the handset is clean and free from obstructions, or that you are speaking clearly into the speakerphone microphone.

5.4 Programmable Keys Not Working
