3.1 Fungsi Asas
- Membuat Panggilan: Lift the handset or press the Speakerphone button. Dial the desired number and press the dail or Hantar soft key, or wait for automatic dialing.

- Menamatkan Panggilan: Replace the handset or press the Speakerphone button again.
- Melaraskan Kelantangan: Use the volume control buttons (up/down arrows) located below the keypad to adjust handset, headset, or speakerphone volume during a call.
- Fungsi Redam: Tekan ke bisu butang (ikon mikrofon) untuk membisukan mikrofon anda semasa panggilan. Tekan sekali lagi untuk membisukan.
- Telefon pembesar suara: Tekan ke Telefon pembesar suara butang untuk menghidupkan atau mematikan mod pembesar suara telefon.
3.2 Ciri Lanjutan
- Tahan: Semasa panggilan aktif, tekan tahan soft key or dedicated button to place the call on hold. Press again to resume.
- Pemindahan: Semasa panggilan aktif, tekan Pemindahan soft key or button. Dial the number to transfer to, then press Pemindahan again to complete (blind transfer) or wait for the party to answer before pressing Pemindahan (consulted transfer).
- Persidangan: Semasa panggilan aktif, tekan Persidangan soft key or button. Dial the number of the third party, and once connected, press Persidangan sekali lagi untuk menyertai semua pihak.
- Mel suara: Tekan ke Mel suara button (envelope icon) to access your voicemail messages. Follow the voice prompts.
- Directory/Contacts: Tekan ke Direktori or Kenalan button to access your phone's contact list. Use navigation keys to scroll and select.
- Sejarah panggilan: Tekan ke Sejarah Panggilan butang ke view a list of missed, received, and dialed calls.
3.3 Using the Display and Navigation Keys
The monochrome display provides call information, menu options, and status indicators. Use the four-way navigation cluster (up, down, left, right arrows) and the Pilih button in the center to navigate through menus and select options.
3.4 Programmable Keys (L1, L2, etc.)
