• Brush Painting: Apply paint in thin, even coats. Allow each coat to dry before applying the next to prevent brush marks and ensure proper adhesion. Multiple thin coats generally yield a better finish than one thick coat.
• Airbrushing: Ensure the paint is thinned to the correct consistency. Maintain a consistent distance and pressure while spraying to achieve an even coat. Overlap passes slightly to avoid streaks.

4.3. Drying Time

Tamiya acrylic paints typically dry to the touch within 15-30 minutes, but a full cure can take up to 4 hours, depending on humidity and temperature. Allow adequate drying time between coats and before handling or applying subsequent layers (e.g., clear coats, decals).
