1. Produk Lebihview

The USAFEQLO POE IP Camera is a high-definition surveillance camera designed for both indoor and outdoor use. It features Power over Ethernet (PoE) for simplified installation, color night vision, and advanced AI functions such as face, human, and vehicle detection. This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your camera.

Note: A power supply is not included. The camera can be powered directly via a POE switch, POE recorder, or POE power source.

3. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

3.1 Connecting the Camera to the System

The camera supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) for easy connection. Refer to the diagrams below for connection methods using a PoE NVR or a PoE Switch.

Petua: The camera also has an external 12V DC power adapter connector. If no PoE device is available, cameras can be powered with a 12 volt/2Amp adapter directly. You can then use a network cable to connect it to your router.

3.2 Modifying the Camera's IP Address

If the camera and router are not in the same gateway, you will need to modify the camera's IP address. Use the 'Device Manage' tool (available for download from the G.Craftsman Official Store under 'Software' -> 'XM Series' -> 'Device manage (IP search tool)').

1. After clicking 'IP Search', all IP addresses in the same LAN will be listed. Change them accordingly to be in the same gateway with your NVR/router. Click 'Modify' to save settings.
2. If you don't know your router's IP address, first click 'SameToPC', then click 'Modify'.
3. The tool can also display the Cloud ID for remote viewing via the cellphone app.
4. The tool can be used to upgrade camera firmware by clicking 'Browser', choosing the upgrade file, and clicking 'Upgrade'.
5. To restore factory settings, click 'ResetConfig'.

3.3 Accessing the Camera via Browser

1. Find the camera's current IP address using the 'Device Manage' tool.
2. Type the IP address into your web browser's URL bar to access the login page.

3.4 P2P Remote Access

You can register an account or input the device's Cloud ID/username/password. (Refer to section 3.2 for finding the camera's Cloud ID).

Via Cellphone App (XMEye Pro or iCSEE)

Download 'XMEye Pro' or 'iCSEE' from your device's app store.

1. Register your own account, then log in.
2. Click 'Add device' to add cameras.
3. Click 'Lan search' to automatically search for all IP addresses in the same LAN.
4. Input username/password (default: admin/null). If you set an NVR password during the wizard process, use that password.
5. Access 'Settings' within the app to modify specifications.

3.5 Petua Pemasangan

• Jangan menghadap kamera ke arah mana-mana sumber cahaya yang kuat.
• Avoid pointing the camera towards a glass window to prevent poor image quality due to glare. Ensure the camera is not in a shaded area while pointing towards a well-lit area.
• Ensure power ports are not exposed to water or moisture and are not blocked by dirt.
• The IP66 waterproof rating allows operation in rain and snow, but the camera is not designed for underwater use.
• Do not install the camera where rain and snow can directly hit the lens.
• In extreme cold, power on the camera indoors for a few minutes to allow it to warm up before outdoor installation.

4. Arahan Operasi

4.1 Dual LED Mode (Three Lighting Modes)

The camera supports three lighting modes:

• Night Warm Light Full-Color Mode: Provides full-color images 24/7 with additional LED backlight.
• Mod Inframerah: Black and white image with IR illumination (up to 30m) for covert surveillance.
• Human Detection Alert Mode (Default): At night, infrared lights automatically turn on (black-and-white image). When a human is detected, white lights automatically turn on (color image).

You can set the lighting mode via the iCSEE app or by using the VMS computer client.

4.2 Interkom Suara Dua Hala

The camera features a built-in speaker and microphone, enabling two-way audio communication. You can remotely access the camera anytime to hear surrounding sounds and communicate with visitors or deter intruders. Audio-video footage can be recorded via an NVR that supports the NETIP protocol.

4.3 AI Functions (Face, Human, Vehicle Detection)

The camera supports advanced AI functions for intelligent monitoring:

To utilize vehicle detection and face detection functions, you must use an NVR with the same features that supports the NETIP protocol.

4.4 High-Definition Video Output

The camera offers various resolution options to suit your needs:

• 4MP Version: 2560*1440 20FPS
• 5MP Version: 2880*1616 30FPS
• 8MP Version: 3840*2160 15FPS
• 6MP IMX335 Version: 3074*2048 20FPS
• 8MP IMX415 Version: 3840*2160 15FPS

4.5 PC Client Access (VMS, CMS)

You can use the VMS PRO PC client to access the camera. This client allows you to search for cameras via LAN or add them remotely using the camera's serial number.

6.1 Camera is Not Powering On

• Periksa Bekalan Kuasa: Ensure the camera is powered properly. A PoE camera should be powered by a PoE switch/injector/NVR or a 12V power adapter.
• Test PoE Port: If connected to a PoE device, try connecting the camera to another PoE port to see if it powers on.
• Periksa Kabel Ethernet: Cuba gunakan kabel Ethernet yang lain.
• Hubungi Sokongan: If issues persist, contact G.craftsman Support.

6.2 Camera's IP Address Cannot Be Found on NVR/PC Software

• Sahkan Bekalan Kuasa: Pastikan kamera mempunyai kuasa.
• Keserasian Perisian: Make sure you are using the proper software for XMEYE series products. Different companies' software may not match.
• Konfigurasi Gerbang: If using an NVR from another brand, ensure the NVR and cameras are in the same gateway. If automatic detection fails, try to add the camera manually.

8.2 Keperluan Waranti

Waranti terbatal dalam situasi berikut:

• Trade-marks, serial tags, or product stickers have been removed, altered, or tampered dengan.
• Products are dismantled, mishandled, improperly used, or defaced.
• Abuse of firmware upgrade without authorized technician's guidance.
• Damage resulting from accident, dismantling, abuse, service, or modification by unauthorized personnel, or if the spare part is beyond the warranty period.
• Products damaged due to improper working environment or operation, such as incorrect temperature, humidity, unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, power fluctuations, static electricity, or using the wrong power adapter.
• Products damaged due to violation of directions on safe battery handling and usage.
• Products damaged due to force majeure or natural disasters.
• The warranty is for the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

9. Petua Pengguna

• When setting up, ensure your NVR and camera are on the same network gateway to avoid IP address conflicts.
• For optimal performance of AI detection features (face, human, vehicle), use an NVR that specifically supports the NETIP protocol and the desired detection functionalities.
• Regularly check the camera's settings via the mobile app or PC client to ensure it's configured for your current surveillance needs, especially lighting modes and detection alerts.
