3. Panduan Persediaan
3.1 Membongkar
Tanggalkan pencetak dan semua aksesori daripada pembungkusan dengan berhati-hati. Pastikan semua komponen ada:
- TDL401H Thermal Printer
- Kabel USB
- Power Cable / Power Adapter
- (Optional) Bluetooth module
3.2 Menyambungkan Pencetak
- **Power Connection**: Connect the power adapter to the printer's power interface and then plug it into a power outlet.
- **USB Connection**: Connect the USB cable to the printer's USB port and the other end to your computer.

3.3 Memuatkan Kertas Terma
- **Open Cover**: Locate and press the 'Open cover button' (refer to Figure 3) to open the printer's top cover.
- **Insert Paper**: Place the thermal paper roll or stack into the paper compartment. Ensure the printing side of the paper is facing the print head. The printer supports continuous paper, label paper, and folding paper.
- **Close Cover**: Close the top cover firmly until it clicks into place.
- **Automatic Feeding**: The printer features an intelligent feeding paper return function with light sensing positioning and automatic calibration to prevent paper waste.

3.4 Pemasangan Pemandu
The printer supports Windows (2003/XP/7/8/10) and MACOS. Drivers are typically provided on a CD or available for download from the manufacturer's webtapak. Ikut arahan pada skrin untuk pemasangan.

4. Arahan Operasi
4.1 Percetakan Asas
Once the printer is connected and paper is loaded, you can initiate printing from your computer or compatible mobile device (via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi). Ensure your label design software or application is configured to use the TDL401H printer and the correct label size.

4.2 Adjusting Print Width
The TDL401H allows for free adjustment of print width within the 40-80mm range. This feature ensures compatibility with various label sizes. Refer to the internal mechanism (Figure 8) for visual guidance on the sharp cutting edge and adjustment area.

4.3 Intelligent Paper Feeding
The printer is equipped with an intelligent paper feeding and return function. It uses light sensing for precise positioning, automatic paper feeding, and first sheet retraction. This ensures automatic calibration and minimizes waste, even when printing single sheets.

5. Penyelenggaraan
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your thermal printer. Always turn off the printer and unplug it before performing any cleaning.
5.1 Membersihkan Kepala Cetak
The print head is a critical component. Clean it regularly, especially if print quality degrades or after every few rolls of labels. Use a lint-free cloth or cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol (70% or higher). Gently wipe the print head from the center outwards. Allow it to dry completely before closing the cover and powering on.

5.2 Membersihkan Penggelek Platen
The platen roller helps feed the paper. Clean it with a lint-free cloth or cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Rotate the roller manually to clean its entire surface. Ensure it is dry before use.
5.3 Pembersihan Am
Wipe the exterior of the printer with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the casing.
