This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective operation, setup, and maintenance of your welding machine.
2. Maklumat Keselamatan

4. Persediaan
4.1 Sambungan Kuasa
- Ensure the machine is connected to a stable AV220V ±15% power supply.
- Use an appropriate EU Plug (as specified by product properties).
- The machine can be used with a power generator.
4.2 Wire Installation (MIG/Flux MIG)
- Open the wire feeder compartment.
- Place the 1KG or 5KG welding wire spool onto the spindle.
- Thread the wire through the guide tube and feed rollers.
- Adjust the tension of the feed rollers to ensure smooth wire feeding without slippage or crushing.
- Compatible wire diameters: 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm.
4.3 Gas Connection (Gas MIG/Mixed Gas MIG)
- Connect your shielding gas cylinder (e.g., CO2, Argon, or Argon/CO2 mix) to the gas inlet on the machine using a gas hose and regulator.
- Pastikan semua sambungan ketat untuk mengelakkan kebocoran gas.
- For Mixed Gas MIG, use a gas proportioner to mix 82% Argon with 18% CO2 for optimal results.
4.4 Obor dan Tanah Clamp Sambungan

5. Arahan Operasi
The MIG200III features synergy control technology, simplifying parameter settings. Select your desired mode and material, and the machine will automatically adjust current, voltage, and wire speed.
5.1 Synergic MIG Welding (SYN)
- Hidupkan mesin.
- Press the 'MODE' button to select 'SYN' mode.
- Use the 'MATERIAL' knob to select the appropriate material (e.g., Fe+CO2, Fe+MIX, FLUX, AL+Ar).
- Use the 'WIRE SIZE' knob to select the correct wire diameter (0.6mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, or 1.0mm).
- The machine will automatically set the optimal current, voltage, and wire speed. Fine-tune if necessary using the 'VOLT' and 'AMP' knobs.
- Select desired functions like 'Pre gas', '2T', '4T', 'Postgas', or 'SPOT' using the 'FUNCTION' knob.

5.2 Gasless/Gas MIG Welding
- Gasless MIG (Flux Cored): Use 0.6/0.8/1.0mm flux cored wire. No shielding gas is required. Welding thickness range: 0.8-8.0mm.
- Gas MIG (Solid Cored): Use 0.6/0.8/1.0mm solid cored wire with appropriate shielding gas (e.g., CO2 for steel). Welding thickness range: 0.8-8.0mm.
- Mixed Gas MIG: For less spatter and better welding performance on stainless steel and iron, use 0.8mm wire with a mixed gas (82% Argon, 18% CO2).
- The machine can achieve 100% duty cycle when using 0.8mm wire.
5.3 Aluminum Welding
The MIG200III supports aluminum welding with two proven methods:
- Gun MIG: The included MIG gun is enhanced with a graphene tube for improved aluminum wire feeding.
- Pistol Kili: For optimal aluminum welding, a spool gun (WP17V TIG torch and spool gun need to be purchased additionally) is recommended.
5.4 Angkat Kimpalan TIG
- Connect a WP-17V TIG torch (extra purchase required) to the machine.
- Select 'TIG' mode on the control panel.
- Welding thickness range: 1.0-6.0mm.
- Initiate the arc by touching the tungsten electrode to the workpiece and lifting slightly.
5.5 MMA (ARC) Welding
