5.3 Menyambung Aksesori Kimpalan
Refer to the diagram below for proper connection of accessories for each welding mode.

Figure 5: Connection diagrams for MIG, Lift-TIG, and MMA welding functions.
MIG Function Connections:
- Sambungkan tanah clamp ke terminal negatif (-).
- Connect the MIG welding gun to the positive (+) terminal.
- If using MIG Gas, connect the gas hose from your shielding gas cylinder to the gas inlet on the machine.
Lift-TIG Function Connections (TIG torch not included):
- Sambungkan tanah clamp ke terminal positif (+).
- Connect the TIG torch (not included) to the negative (-) terminal.
- Connect the gas hose from your argon gas cylinder to the gas inlet on the machine.
MMA Function Connections:
- Sambungkan elektrod clamp ke terminal positif (+).
- Sambungkan tanah clamp ke terminal negatif (-).
6. Arahan Operasi
Once the machine is set up for your desired welding mode, you can begin operation.
6.1 Langkah Operasi Am
- Turn on the main power switch of the welding machine.
- Select the desired welding mode (MIG, MMA, or LIFT-TIG) using the control panel.
- Adjust the current (Amperage) dan jldtage settings according to the material thickness and type, and the welding wire/electrode being used. The machine offers a wide current adjustment range of 20-200A.
- For MIG welding, ensure the wire feed speed is also adjusted appropriately. The machine features automatic wire feeding.
- Perform a test weld on scrap material to fine-tune settings before welding your main workpiece.

6.2 Mod Kimpalan
- Manual Arc Welding (MMA): Uses welding rods. Ideal for outdoor, heavy-duty welding, and repairs.
- Gasless Shielded Welding (MIG Gasless): Uses flux-cored welding wire, eliminating the need for external shielding gas. This mode is windproof, interference-free, portable, and efficient.
- Gas Shielded Welding (MIG Gas): Uses solid welding wire and an external shielding gas (e.g., CO2 or mixed gas). This results in a clean, high-quality weld seam with minimal spatter.
- Lift-Ignited Argon Arc Welding (LIFT-TIG): Allows precise control over heat input, suitable for welding stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials requiring clean and high-quality welds. Note: TIG torch is not included.
The machine is capable of welding thin plates from 0.1mm up to 5mm thick materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, cast iron, white steel, copper, and more.
