1. Pengenalan
This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your 2000W 100A CC CV Charging Boost Power Supply. This high-power DC-DC converter is designed to step up a lower DC input voltage (12-60V) to a higher, adjustable DC output voltage (15-80V) with constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) capabilities. It is suitable for various applications, including battery charging, LED driver power, and other high-power DC loads.
2. Maklumat Keselamatan Penting
- Always ensure correct input and output polarity. Reverse polarity can cause severe damage to the device and connected equipment.
- Use appropriate gauge wires for input and output connections, especially for high current applications, to prevent overheating and power loss.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the power supply to prevent overheating. The integrated cooling fan must not be obstructed.
- Do not operate the device beyond its specified maximum input voltage, keluaran voltage, or output current.
- Keep the device away from moisture, dust, and flammable materials.
- Hanya kakitangan yang berkelayakan harus melakukan pemasangan dan penyelenggaraan.
- Disconnect all power sources before making any connections or adjustments.
3. Komponen Selesaiview
The 2000W 100A Boost Power Supply features robust construction for high-power applications. Key components include:
- Terminal Input: For connecting the DC input power source.
- Terminal Keluaran: For connecting the DC load or battery.

5. Arahan Persediaan
- Sediakan Pendawaian: Ensure you have heavy-gauge wires suitable for up to 100A for both input and output connections.
- Sambungkan Input: Connect your DC input power source (12-60V) to the input terminals. Observe correct polarity: positive to '+' and negative to '-'.
- Output Sambung: Connect your load or battery to the output terminals. Again, ensure correct polarity.
- Semakan Awal: Sebelum menggunakan kuasa, periksa semula semua sambungan untuk memastikan ketat dan kekutuban yang betul.

6. Arahan Operasi
The power supply features three adjustment potentiometers:
- Keluaran Voltage Peraturan: Melaraskan voltage (CV).
- Output Current Regulation: Adjusts the maximum output current (CC).
- Input Rendah Voltage Protection Regulation: Sets the minimum input voltage before the module shuts off.
Figure 6.1: Location of adjustment potentiometers.
6.1. Melaraskan Output Voltage (CV Mode)
- Connect the input power.
- Connect a voltmeter to the output terminals (without a load, or with a very light load).
- Turn the 'Output voltage regulation' potentiometer clockwise to increase voltage, counter-clockwise to decrease. Adjust to your desired output voltage.
6.2. Adjusting Output Current (CC Mode)
- First, set the desired output voltage as described above.
- Connect an ammeter in series with the output, or connect a load that will draw current up to your desired limit.
- Turn the 'Output current regulation' potentiometer counter-clockwise to set the current to its minimum.
- Slowly turn the 'Output current regulation' potentiometer clockwise until the desired maximum current limit is reached. When the load attempts to draw more current than this set limit, the power supply will switch to Constant Current (CC) mode, maintaining the set current.
6.3. Adjusting Input Low Voltage Perlindungan (LVP)
- Connect the input power source.
- Laraskan vol inputtage to the desired low voltage protection threshold (e.g., 10V if you want protection at 10V).
- Turn the 'Input low voltage protection regulation' potentiometer until the protection activates (output turns off or indicator lights up).
- Tingkatkan vol inputtage slightly to confirm the output resumes.
This feature protects your input power source (e.g., a battery) from over-discharge.
7. Penyelenggaraan
- Pembersihan: Periodically clean the exterior of the power supply with a dry, soft cloth. Ensure no dust accumulates in the fan or ventilation openings.
- Pengudaraan: Regularly check that the cooling fan is operating correctly and that airflow is unobstructed.
- Sambungan: Periksa semua sambungan pendawaian secara berkala untuk memastikan ia kekal ketat dan bebas daripada kakisan.
8. Penyelesaian masalah
| Masalah | Kemungkinan Punca | Penyelesaian |
|---|---|---|
| Tiada keluaran voltage | No input power; Incorrect input polarity; Input voltage too low (LVP activated); Faulty connections. | Check input power source; Verify input polarity; Adjust LVP setting or increase input voltage; Inspect and secure all connections. |
| Keluaran voltage tidak stabil | Unstable input power; Load too high or fluctuating; Loose connections. | Ensure stable input power; Reduce load or check load stability; Tighten connections. |
| Peranti terlalu panas | Insufficient ventilation; Excessive load; Fan malfunction. | Ensure clear airflow around the device; Reduce load; Check fan operation and clean if necessary. |
| Arus keluaran terhad secara tidak dijangka | CC limit set too low; Short circuit in load. | Adjust 'Output current regulation' potentiometer clockwise; Check load for short circuits. |
9. Petua Pengguna
- For battery charging, always set the output voltage to the battery's float voltage and the output current to a safe charging rate (e.g., 0.1C to 0.2C for lead-acid batteries).
- When adjusting the output current, it's often easiest to short the output briefly (with an ammeter in series) to set the maximum current limit accurately. Be cautious with high currents.
- Consider adding an external fuse on both the input and output lines for additional protection.
- Always test the output voltage and current settings with a multimeter before connecting your sensitive load.
