1. Pengenalan

The Marklife D100 is a versatile and portable thermal label printer designed for efficient, inkless printing. Utilizing a high-tech Japanese thermal print head, it eliminates the need for ink or toner, offering a clean and cost-effective printing solution. This printer supports a wide range of label types, including gap labels and continuous labels, with a maximum printing size of 4x6 inches. Its compact design allows for printing anytime, anywhere, making it ideal for various applications from small businesses and offices to home organization.

The D100 offers flexible connectivity options, including wireless Bluetooth for mobile devices (iPhone, Android, Tablets) and USB for computers (Windows, Mac, ChromeOS). It integrates seamlessly with the free Marklife app, which provides a rich set of features for label customization, including various fonts, symbols, borders, and support for pictures, text, barcodes, QR codes, and Excel input.

3. Panduan Persediaan

3.1. Persediaan Fizikal

1. Sambungan Kuasa: Connect the provided power cable to the printer and a suitable power outlet.
2. Memuatkan Label:
   • Buka penutup pencetak.
   • Place the thermal label roll into the printer, ensuring the labels feed smoothly through the printing mechanism. The printable side of the label should face upwards.

3.2. Software Installation & Connectivity

The D100 printer offers both Bluetooth and USB connectivity for a wide range of devices.

1. For Mobile Devices (Android, iOS, Tablet):
   • Download the 'Marklife' app from your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).

   • Open the Marklife app and follow the in-app instructions to search for and connect to your printer via Bluetooth.
2. For Computers (Windows, Mac, ChromeOS):

4.2. Printing with the Marklife App (Mobile)

1. Ensure your printer is connected via Bluetooth to your mobile device.
2. Open the Marklife app.
3. Select a label template or create a new design. The app offers 25+ fonts, 1000+ symbols, 20+ borders, and supports various inputs like pictures, text, barcodes, QR codes, and Excel data.
4. Customize your label content as needed.
5. Praview the label to ensure accuracy.
6. Tap the print button in the app to send the job to the D100 printer.

4.3. Printing from a Computer (Windows, Mac, ChromeOS)

1. Ensure your printer is connected via USB to your computer and drivers are installed.
2. Open the document or application from which you wish to print (e.g., a shipping label PDF, a word document).
3. Pergi ke 'File' > 'Print' (or the equivalent command in your application).
4. Select the Marklife D100 printer from the list of available printers.

5. Penyelenggaraan

• Membersihkan Kepala Cetak: Regularly clean the thermal print head with an alcohol swab or a specialized print head cleaning pen to prevent residue buildup and ensure clear prints. Ensure the printer is off and cooled down before cleaning.
• Using Quality Labels: Always use high-quality thermal labels. The D100 is compatible with any thermal labels, and the included labels are waterproof, oil-proof, and tear-resistant.

• Penjagaan Am: Keep the printer in a clean, dust-free environment. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight. Do not attempt to disassemble the printer yourself.

6. Penyelesaian masalah

  • Try unpairing and re-pairing the printer in the Marklife app.
• Printer Not Connecting (USB):
  • Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the printer and your computer.
  • Verify that the correct printer drivers are installed on your computer.
  • Cuba port USB atau kabel lain.
• No Print/Faint Print:
  • Check if the thermal labels are loaded correctly with the printable side facing up.
  • Ensure the label roll is not empty.

  • Adjust print density settings in the Marklife app or printer preferences on your computer.
• Jem kertas:

  • Carefully open the printer cover and remove any jammed labels.
  • Ensure labels are loaded correctly and not creased or bent.
