It supports a wide range of remote control frequencies (300-900MHz) and various coding types, including rolling, fixed, and learning codes. With Tuya/Smart Life APP compatibility, as well as Amazon Alexa and Google Home voice control, this receiver offers convenient and flexible control over your automated systems.

5.1 Wiring the Receiver

The RX-Multi receiver comes in two main voltage versions: AC/DC 9-30V and AC 85-250V. Ensure you have the correct model for your power supply. The wiring terminals are clearly labeled.

• PWR: Connect your power supply (DC/AC 9-30V or AC 85-250V, depending on model) to the PWR terminals. Observe polarity if using DC.
• CH1, CH2: These are the two relay output channels. Connect these to the control inputs of your garage door opener, gate system, or other devices. These typically act as momentary contacts, simulating a button press.
• GND: Sambungan tanah.
• SEMUT: Antenna connection. Ensure the antenna is properly connected and extended for optimal RF range.
• L1, L2, S1, S2: These are indicators and buttons for learning and status.

5.2 Connecting to Tuya/Smart Life APP

6. Arahan Operasi

• Link your Smart Life/Tuya Smart account to Amazon Alexa or Google Home through their respective apps.

6.3 Schedule & Countdown Function

• Within the Smart Life/Tuya Smart app, you can set up schedules for automatic opening or closing at specific times.
• Use the countdown function for temporary operations, e.g., close the garage door after 10 minutes.

6.4 Family Share Function

• The Smart Life/Tuya Smart app allows you to share control of the RX-Multi receiver with other family members.
• This enables multiple users to manage the connected devices from their own smartphones.

7. Pengaturcaraan Alat Kawalan Jauh

The RX-Multi receiver is compatible with a wide range of remote control brands and frequencies. It features 8 dip switches (labeled 1-8) to select the correct combination for your specific remote. The receiver can store up to 100 different remote codes.

7.1 Dip Switch Configuration for Remote Brands

Refer to the table below and Image 4 to configure the 8 dip switches (ON/OFF) on the RX-Multi receiver to match your remote control's brand and frequency. 'ON' typically means the switch is pushed down or towards the 'ON' label, while 'OFF' means it's up or away from 'ON'.

Nota: If your remote control brand or frequency is not listed, or if you are unsure, please contact the seller for assistance with the correct dip switch combination.

7.2 Learning a Remote Control Code

1. Set the dip switches on the RX-Multi receiver according to the brand and frequency of your remote control (refer to Section 7.1).
2. Press the learning button on the RX-Multi receiver (usually S1 or S2, depending on which channel you want to program). The corresponding LED (L1 or L2) will light up or blink.
3. While the LED is active, press the button on your remote control that you wish to program.
4. The LED on the receiver should blink rapidly or change state to indicate successful learning.
5. Repeat the process for other remote control buttons or additional remotes, if desired.
6. To clear all learned codes for a channel, press and hold the learning button for that channel until the LED indicates the codes have been cleared (e.g., rapid blinking followed by off).

8. Penyelesaian masalah

• Tiada Kuasa: Ensure the power supply is correctly connected to the PWR terminals and that the voltage matches the receiver's requirements. Check for loose connections or tripped circuit breakers.

• APP Connectivity Issues:
  • Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The receiver does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
  • Check your Wi-Fi signal strength at the receiver's location.
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router and the RX-Multi receiver.
  • Try re-pairing the device with the Smart Life/Tuya Smart app.
• Limited RF Range:
  • Ensure the antenna is fully extended and not obstructed by metal objects.
  • Relocate the receiver to a more central position or away from sources of interference.
• Kawalan Suara Tidak Menjawab:
  • Confirm that the RX-Multi receiver is online in the Smart Life/Tuya Smart app.
  • Verify that your Smart Life/Tuya Smart account is correctly linked to Amazon Alexa or Google Home.
  • Semak sambungan internet anda.

9. Petua Pengguna

• Optimal Wi-Fi Signal: For reliable smart home control, ensure the receiver is installed in an area with a strong and stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal.
• Ujian Keserasian: Before final installation, test the receiver's compatibility with your remote controls and the connected device to ensure proper function.
