5.3 Sambungan Selari

For increased energy storage capacity, multiple Tewaycell Powerwall units can be connected in parallel. The system supports up to 16 parallel connections.

6. Operasi

6.1 Operasi Asas

Monitor the battery status via the integrated battery menu display.

6.2 Monitoring via PC

The Tewaycell Powerwall supports PC monitoring via RS485/CAN/RS232 communication ports. This allows for detailed real-time data, multi-monitoring, parameter settings, and data export.

Keep the battery clean and free from dust and debris.
Ensure the battery operates within the specified charge (0℃~55℃) and discharge (-20℃~60℃) temperature ranges.
The built-in Active Balancer helps maintain cell voltage consistency, extending battery life.
The temperature-controlled fire extinguisher provides an additional layer of safety.

If you encounter any issues with your Tewaycell Powerwall, please refer to the following general guidelines. For complex problems, contact Tewaycell technical support.

Tiada Output Kuasa: Check all connections, ensure the main power switch is ON, and verify inverter status.
Isu Pengecasan: Confirm the charger specifications match the battery requirements (Max. Charge Voltage 57.6V, Max. Continuous Charge Current 200A). Ensure the charge temperature is within 0℃~55℃.
Masalah Komunikasi: Verify RS485/CAN/RS232 cable connections and software settings on your PC.
BMS Protections: The built-in BMS provides protection against overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and extreme temperatures. If the battery enters a protected state, it may temporarily cease operation. Refer to the PC monitoring interface for diagnostic information.
