3. Panduan Pemasangan
Follow these steps carefully to replace the laser lens in your SCULPFUN S30 series laser engraver. Refer to Image 3.1 for a visual guide.
- Disassemble Set Screws: Carefully loosen and remove the set screws holding the gas nozzle in place.
- Twist Gas Nozzle: Gently twist the gas nozzle vertically to detach it from the laser module.
- Disassemble Lenses: Use a pair of tweezers to push the small pit and carefully remove the old lens.
- Clean Lens (if reusing) or Prepare New Lens: If reusing, use alcohol to clean the lens. If the lens is damaged, replace it with a new one from the kit.
- Pasang Kanta Baharu: Place the new lens into the designated slot. Ensure it is seated correctly.
- Tighten with Tweezers: Use tweezers to gently tighten the lens in place.
- Check Seal Ring Level: Verify that the sealing ring is properly seated and level to ensure an airtight seal.
- Re-attach Gas Nozzle: Twist the gas nozzle vertically back into position. Do not overtighten; feel for when it touches the bending tube facing right.
- Tighten Set Screws: Secure the gas nozzle by tightening the set screws.
