5. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

5.1. Diagram Pendawaian

The QIACHIP Smart Switch supports various wiring configurations. Ensure correct connections to avoid damage or electrical hazards. Output and input cannot be reversed.

Method 1: Direct Connection to Light

Method 2: Connection with Rocker Switches (2-Way Control)

This method allows you to integrate the smart switch with existing traditional rocker switches for 2-way control. The controller is only connected to line N and L, not directly to the switch.

5.3. App Pairing (eWeLink)

Follow these steps to pair your smart switch with the eWeLink app:

Muat turun dan pasang aplikasi eWeLink daripada gedung aplikasi peranti anda.
Open the eWeLink app and log in or create an account.
On the app homepage, click the "Add" button to connect new products.
Select the 2.4 GHz band WiFi network that your device can connect to and enter the password.
The app will search for devices. Once found, select your device and wait for the connection to complete.
Once connected, you can customize the device name (e.g., "Smart Switch").
If the mobile phone fails to detect the product, please press and hold the pairing button on the receiver for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode.

6. Operasi

6.1. Kawalan Apl

Once paired, you can control your smart switch directly from the eWeLink app. The app interface will display a power button to toggle the connected appliance on or off. You can also access device settings by clicking the '...' icon in the upper right corner of the device control page.

6.2. Kawalan Suara

The QIACHIP Smart Switch is compatible with popular voice assistants. To enable voice control:

In the eWeLink app, navigate to the device settings page (click '...' in the upper right corner).
Look for 'Third-party Platforms' or similar options to link with Amazon Alexa or Google Home Assistant.
Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your eWeLink account to your preferred voice assistant.
Once linked, you can use voice commands such as "Hey Alexa, turn on the living room lights" or "Hey Google, turn off the bedroom lamp."

6.5. RF Transmitter Pairing

If you have an RF transmitter, you can pair it with the smart switch for additional physical control:

In the eWeLink app, go to the device settings for your smart switch.
Scroll down and click on "eWeLink Remote".
Click on the matching button within the app, then press the corresponding button on your 2.4 GHz RF remote control switch.
The app will confirm "Remote added successfully".

7. Penyelenggaraan

For RF transmitters, replace the AAA battery when control range decreases or the device becomes unresponsive. To access the battery compartment, gently tear open the panel.

8. Penyelesaian masalah

Peranti tidak berpasangan: Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz. If using a dual-band router, temporarily disable the 5GHz band during pairing. Make sure the device is in pairing mode (long press the pairing button on the receiver for 5 seconds).
