4. Persediaan

4.1 Pengecasan Awal Bank Kuasa

1. Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to the Type-C input port on the ACEFAST M8 power bank.
2. Sambungkan hujung kabel yang satu lagi ke pengecas dinding USB yang serasi (tidak disertakan).
3. The LED indicator lights will show the charging status. When all lights are solid, the power bank is fully charged.

4.2 Menyemak Tahap Bateri

Press the power button once to check the current battery level via the LED indicators.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1 Pengecasan Tanpa Wayar Magnetik

The magnetic wireless charging function is specifically designed for iPhone 12/13/14/15/16/17 series and other MagSafe-compatible devices.

1. Pastikan bank kuasa dicas secukupnya.
2. Align the ACEFAST M8 power bank with the back of your compatible iPhone or MagSafe-enabled device. The strong magnets will snap it into place, ensuring precise alignment.
3. Wireless charging will begin automatically. The LED indicator on the power bank may illuminate to confirm charging.

5.2 Wired Charging (Type-C)

The Type-C port supports 18W PD/QC/FCP/AFC fast charging for a wide range of devices.

1. Connect one end of a USB-C cable to the Type-C output port on the ACEFAST M8 power bank.

Langkah Keselamatan Am:

• Jangan dedahkan bank kuasa kepada suhu yang melampau, cahaya matahari langsung atau api.
• Jangan buka, ubah suai atau cuba membaiki peranti.
• Jauhkan daripada kanak-kanak.
• Elakkan daripada menjatuhkan atau meletakkan bank kuasa kepada kesan yang kuat.
• Jangan gunakan jika peranti rosak atau bengkak.
• Buang produk secara bertanggungjawab mengikut peraturan tempatan.

7. Penyelenggaraan

• Pembersihan: Wipe the power bank with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Storan: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. If storing for extended periods, charge it to about 50% every three months to prolong battery life.

A: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the wall charger. Try a different cable or wall charger. Check if the wall charger provides sufficient power (e.g., 5V/3A).

Q: My device is not charging wirelessly.

A: Verify that your device is compatible with magnetic wireless charging (e.g., iPhone 12/13/14/15/16/17 series). Ensure the power bank is properly aligned with your device's charging coil. Remove any thick cases that might interfere with wireless charging.

Q: My device is not charging via the Type-C cable.

A: Check if the cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device. Try a different USB-C cable. Ensure your device's charging port is clean and free of debris.

Q: The power bank's LED indicators are not working.

A: The power bank might be completely discharged. Try charging it for a while. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
