4. Pemasangan
4.1 Pemasangan
The controller is designed for panel mounting. The required installation drilling dimensions are W71 x H29 mm. Ensure sufficient space behind the panel for wiring and ventilation.
4.2 Gambarajah Pendawaian
The back of the ZL-6231A controller features clearly labeled terminals for power input, sensor connection, and output relays. Ensure all connections are secure and correctly matched to avoid damage or malfunction. Refer to the diagram below for terminal identification.

Sambungan Terminal:
- Terminals 1 & 2 (R2 Output): Connect to the load controlled by Relay 2 (e.g., a fan or secondary heater). Rated 10A/250V~.
- Terminals 3 & 4 (R1 Output): Connect to the primary heating element or main load controlled by Relay 1. Rated 10A/250V~.
- Terminals 5 & 6 (N1, L1): Power input for Relay 1.
- Terminals 7 & 8 (220V~ L, N): Main power supply input for the controller. Connect Live (L) and Neutral (N) from your 220V AC source.
- Terminals 9 & 10 (Warning Input): For external warning signals or safety interlocks.
- Terminals 10 & 11 (Temp. Sensor): Connect the provided TPE temperature sensor here.

5. Operasi
The ZL-6231A controller features a digital display and four control buttons on its front panel: 'P' (Program/Set), 'Up Arrow', 'S' (Set/Confirm), and 'Down Arrow'.

5.1 Kawalan Suhu Asas
- Hidupkan kuasa: Connect the controller to a 220V AC power source. The digital display will illuminate and show the current measured temperature.
- Tetapkan Suhu: Press the 'S' button briefly to enter the temperature setting mode. The display will flash the current set temperature. Use the 'Up Arrow' and 'Down Arrow' buttons to adjust the desired temperature value. Press 'S' again to confirm the setting and exit.
