4. Arahan Persediaan

4.1. Using the Smart Case Stand

The included smart case doubles as a protective cover and an adjustable stand. Fold the case to create a stable base for the monitor, allowing you to set it at various viewsudut-sudut.

4.2. Menyambung ke Peranti

4.2.1. USB-C One Cable Connection (Full Function Type-C)

If your device (laptop, smartphone, etc.) has a full-function USB-C port (supporting DisplayPort Alternate Mode and Power Delivery), you can connect it to the monitor using a single USB-C to USB-C cable. This cable will transmit video, audio, and power simultaneously.

Nota:

• Ensure your device's USB-C port supports video output (DisplayPort Alt Mode) and Power Delivery.
• If the monitor's brightness is set above 85%, or if your connected device requires more power, it is recommended to connect an external power supply to the monitor's dedicated power port or the second Type-C port.

4.2.2. Sambungan HDMI

For devices with an HDMI output (e.g., gaming consoles like PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, or laptops without full-function USB-C), use the provided HDMI to Micro HDMI cable. You will also need to connect the monitor to an external power source using the USB-A to USB-C power cable and power adapter.

• Connect one end of the HDMI to Micro HDMI cable to your device's HDMI output and the Micro HDMI end to the monitor's Micro HDMI port.
• Connect the USB-A to USB-C power cable to the monitor's power input port and the other end to the power adapter, then plug into a wall outlet.

4.3. Menghidupkan Monitor

The monitor can be powered in several ways:

• Via Full Function USB-C: If connected to a device that provides sufficient power (e.g., a laptop with Power Delivery), the monitor may draw power directly from the device.
• Melalui Penyesuai Kuasa Luaran: Use the provided USB-A to USB-C power cable and power adapter connected to a wall outlet. This is required for HDMI connections and recommended for USB-C connections when high brightness is desired or the source device cannot provide enough power.
• Vol Operasitage: The monitor supports DC 5V/2A or PD Protocol 5～20V power supply methods.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1. Kawalan Asas

• Hidupkan/Mati Kuasa: Press and hold the Power button (often integrated with the Menu button or a dedicated button) for a few seconds.
• Pelarasan Kelantangan: Use the Volume +/- buttons to increase or decrease the audio output.
• Pelarasan Kecerahan: Use the Brightness +/- buttons to adjust the screen's luminosity.

5.2. Menu Paparan Pada Skrin (OSD).

Press the Menu button to access the OSD menu. Use the Volume/Brightness buttons to navigate and select options. The OSD menu allows you to adjust various display settings:

• Tetapan Gambar: Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, HDR mode (if supported by the signal source).
• Tetapan Warna: Color Temperature, Hue, Saturation.
• Tetapan Audio: Kelantangan, Bisu.
• Sumber Input: Manually select between Type-C and HDMI inputs.
• Tetapan Lain: Aspect Ratio, Blue Light Filter, Language, Reset.

6. Penyelenggaraan

• Membersihkan Skrin: Lap skrin perlahan-lahan dengan kain lembut yang tidak berbulu. Untuk tanda degil, sedikit dampen kain dengan air atau larutan pembersih skrin. Elakkan bahan kimia yang keras atau bahan yang melelas.
• Membersihkan Casing: Gunakan kain lembut dan kering untuk membersihkan monitor casing.
• Storan: When not in use, store the monitor in its smart case to protect it from dust and scratches. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the monitor.
• Elakkan Keadaan Melampau: Jangan dedahkan monitor kepada suhu, kelembapan atau cahaya matahari langsung yang melampau.

7. Penyelesaian masalah

• Tiada Isyarat / Skrin Hitam:
  • Ensure all cables (USB-C or HDMI) are securely connected to both the monitor and the source device.
  • Sahkan peranti sumber dihidupkan dan mengeluarkan isyarat.
  • If using HDMI, ensure the monitor is also connected to an external power source.
  • Try selecting the correct input source manually via the OSD menu.
  • Uji dengan kabel atau peranti sumber yang berbeza jika boleh.
• Tiada Kuasa:
  • Check if the power adapter is properly connected to the monitor and a working power outlet.
  • If using USB-C for power, ensure the source device provides sufficient power. Try connecting the external power adapter.

  • Try reducing the screen brightness.
  • Check if the refresh rate setting on your source device matches the monitor's 60Hz.
• Tiada Audio:

  • If using headphones, ensure they are properly plugged into the 3.5mm jack.
