2.1 RF Energy Exposure and Product Safety

• Keep the radio at a proper distance from your body to minimize RF exposure.
• Use only antennas supplied or authorized by the manufacturer.
• Operate the transmitter with documented antennas in Push-to-Talk and body-worn configurations.
• Unauthorized accessories may result in exposure levels exceeding IEEE/ICNIRP RF exposure limits.

4. Persediaan dan Penggunaan Awal

4.1 Mengecas Peranti

The TT127 system offers two charging methods: direct Type-C connection or via a dedicated charging box (if included). Ensure devices are fully charged before first use.

The transmitter has a 1500mAh battery providing up to 12 hours of work time. The receiver has a 1200mAh battery providing up to 24 hours of work time.

4.2 Importing Audio Files

The TT127 supports self-service on-demand audio playback. To import audio files:

1. Connect the device to a computer using the accessory USB cable.
2. The device will appear as a USB drive.
3. Create new folders for different languages. Folder names must be in uppercase (e.g., "FRENCH", "ENGLISH", "CHINESE").
4. Audio files must be in MP3 format with a bit rate not higher than 128kbps.
5. Audio file names must start with a capital letter followed by three Arabic numerals (e.g., F001, F002). The first letter of the file name must match the first letter of its corresponding language folder.
6. Salin audio files into the respective language folders.

Nota Penting:

• The product comes with factory default audio for testing.
• If you import your own audio, you may lose the right to return goods if the audio does not meet specifications.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1 Power On/Off and Lock/Unlock

• Hidupkan/Mati Kuasa: Use the side switch to turn the device ON or OFF.
• Buka kunci: When the device is powered on and the screen is locked, press and hold the Butang Kunci/Buka kunci for about 3 seconds. The lock symbol on the display will disappear, indicating successful unlocking.
• Kunci Automatik: If there is no operation for about 30 seconds after unlocking, the screen will automatically lock.
• Kunci Manual: Tekan dan tahan butang Butang Kunci/Buka kunci for about 3 seconds to manually lock the screen. The lock symbol will appear.

Note: Only channel adjustment and one-key shutdown operations require unlocking. Other operations can be performed in the locked state.

5.2 Pemilihan Bahasa

Tekan lama butang SET for about 2 seconds to switch between the 41 built-in languages.

5.3 MP3 Playback Settings (Transmitter)

• Mod Main Semula: Tekan pendek butang SET to cycle through three modes:
  • Manual on-demand mode (no icon)
  • Full song loop playback mode (A icon)
  • Single song loop playback mode (icon)
• Audio Play/Pause: In locked screen mode, short press the Butang Main/Jeda to play or pause the current track.
• Pemilihan Lagu: Tekan pendek Previous Song (KK) or Next Song (KK) keys to switch tracks.
• On-demand Playback: In playback pause state, use the numeric keys (0-9) to enter a 3-digit track number, then press the Butang Main/Jeda to confirm and play.
• MP3 Volume Adjustment: In locked screen mode and playback mode, press the Channel/Volume Up (+) or Channel/Volume Down (-) buttons to adjust the MP3 volume (1 to 5 levels).

5.4 Microphone Usage (Transmitter)

• Redam Mikrofon: In locked screen mode, long press the Play/Pause button / Mute On/Off Key for about 2 seconds to mute or unmute the microphone. The screen will display "MUTE" and the signal light will flash green when muted.
• Pelarasan Kelantangan Mikrofon: In locked screen mode, press the Channel/Volume Up (+) or Channel/Volume Down (-) buttons to adjust the microphone input volume.

5.5 Channel Adjustment and Pairing

• Pelarasan Saluran Pemancar: When the transmitter is unlocked, press the Channel/Volume Up (+) or Channel/Volume Down (-) buttons to change the channel. The screen will display "CHANGE CHS".
• Receiver Automatic Frequency Search: Within a range of about 6 meters, press and hold the receiver's Butang Kunci/Buka kunci and then turn it on. The receiver display will automatically search for channels until it matches the transmitter's channel. The indicator light will turn blue during search and green upon successful binding.
• One-Key Pairing (Transmitter to Receiver): When the transmitter is unlocked, press the Butang Main/Jeda dan Channel/Volume Up (+) button simultaneously for about 3 seconds to initiate one-key frequency matching. The receiver will automatically match the transmitter's channel.

5.6 Single/Dual Talk Mode Switching (Transmitter)

Tekan dan tahan butang butang SET and then turn on the machine to switch the explanation mode. Repeat this operation to cycle through the modes:

• MHC: Main speaker mode.
• SCH: Assistant speaker mode.
• CH: Independent explanation mode (recommended for lower power consumption and extended use).

Note: In dual-speaker mode, the assistant speaker must be used simultaneously with the main speaker. If the assistant speaker is unlocked, pressing the Butang Main/Jeda or Channel/Volume Up (+) button will switch it to the same channel as the main speaker. "AUX-OK" will display on the main speaker if frequency is successfully linked, otherwise it will flash.

5.7 One-Key Receiver Shutdown (Transmitter)

When the transmitter is unlocked, press and hold the butang SET for about 3 seconds to activate one-key shutdown mode for all receivers. The screen will display "Off All Rx" and the indicator light will turn blue. To exit this mode, manually turn off the transmitter.

• No Audio Playback:
  • Verify that audio files are correctly imported (MP3 format, <128kbps bitrate, correct naming convention).
  • Check the playback mode setting on the transmitter.
  • Ensure the volume is not set to minimum.
• Receiver Shuts Down Automatically:
  • The receiver will automatically shut down after 20 minutes without signal. Ensure the transmitter is active and within range.

  • When the battery life is less than 1 hour, the indicator light will flash red. Recharge the device promptly.
