5. Persediaan
5.1 Kuasa Permulaan
- Buka bungkusan komputer riba dan semua aksesori dari kotak.
- Connect the power adapter to the DC 3.5 charging port on the laptop and then plug it into a power outlet.
- Open the laptop lid. The laptop may automatically power on, or you may need to press the power button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup of Windows 11.
5.2 Operating System Activation
Your laptop comes with a pre-installed Windows 11 system, but it is not activated. To activate Windows 11, please contact the seller after receiving your goods to obtain the activation program.

6.2 Fingerprint Recognition
To set up fingerprint recognition for secure login:
- Navigasi ke Tetapan Windows > Akaun > Pilihan log masuk.
- Select 'Fingerprint recognition (Windows Hello)' and follow the on-screen instructions to register your fingerprint.

8. Penyelesaian masalah
- Komputer riba tidak dihidupkan: Pastikan penyesuai kuasa disambungkan dengan kukuh dan bateri mempunyai cas yang mencukupi. Cuba salur kuasa yang lain.
- Tiada sambungan Wi-Fi: Check if Wi-Fi is enabled in Windows settings. Restart the laptop and your router.
- Prestasi perlahan: Close unnecessary applications, check for background updates, or consider running a disk cleanup.
- Isu skrin: If the screen is blank or flickering, try connecting an external monitor to check if the issue is with the laptop's display or graphics card.
