- Storan Awan: VIMTAG offers cloud storage options, including a 7-day free trial for new users. This provides off-site backup for your recordings.
5.2 Data Security & Privacy
VIMTAG employs financial-grade encryption, including 256-bit encrypted connections and advanced AES and RSA algorithms, to protect your data from eavesdropping and tampering. Your privacy is a priority, and no one can access your camera or information without your explicit permission.
6. Penyelesaian masalah
- Kamera tidak bersambung ke Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz or 5GHz (the camera supports both). Check that the camera is within range of your router and that the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly.
- Tiada makluman diterima: Verify that motion/sound detection is enabled in the app settings and that notifications are allowed for the VIMTAG app on your mobile device. Adjust sensitivity settings if necessary.
