1. Pengenalan

The OWON DGE1030 and DGE1060 are high-performance single-channel arbitrary waveform generators designed for a wide range of applications in electronics testing, education, and research. These devices offer precise waveform generation with a 3.6-inch TFT LCD for intuitive operation and comprehensive functionality.

3. Persediaan

3.1 Sambungan Kuasa

1. Connect the provided Power Adapter to the DC 5V power socket on the rear panel of the waveform generator.
2. Plug the power adapter into a suitable power outlet (100V-240V, 50/60Hz).
3. Press the ON/OFF button on the front panel to power on the device.

3.2 Sambungan Output

Connect the BNC to Alligator Clip cable to the 'Out1' BNC connector on the front panel. Connect the alligator clips to your test circuit or device under test.

3.3 Sambungan PC (Pilihan)

To use PC remote control via SCPI commands or LabVIEW, connect the waveform generator to your computer using the provided USB Cable. The USB Device interface is located on the rear panel.

4. Arahan Operasi

4.1 Antara Muka Pengguna Overview

The DGE1000 series features a 3.6-inch TFT color LCD display. All channel output waveform status and menu settings are fully displayed on the screen. Convenient shortcut keys improve man-machine interaction and working efficiency.

4.2 Penjanaan Bentuk Gelombang Asas

The device supports 5 basic waveforms: Sine, Square, Pulse, Ramp, and Noise. To select a basic waveform:

1. Press one of the dedicated waveform buttons in the waveform switching area (e.g., Sine, Square, Ramp, Pulse).
2. Use the rotary knob and navigation buttons to adjust parameters such as Frequency, Amplitude, Offset, and Phase.

4.3 Penjanaan Bentuk Gelombang Sewenang-wenangnya

The DGE1000 series includes 160 built-in arbitrary waveforms. You can also store up to 16 non-volatile digital arbitrary waveforms.

1. Press the 'Arb' button.
2. Navigate through the list of built-in waveforms or select a stored user waveform.
3. Adjust parameters as needed.

4.4 Fungsi Modulasi

The device supports various modulation types:

• pagi (AmpModulasi litud): Modulates the amplitude of the carrier wave.
• FM (Frequency Modulation): Modulates the frequency of the carrier wave.
• PM (Phase Modulation): Modulates the phase of the carrier wave.
• FSK (Frequency Shift Keying): Shifts the carrier frequency between two preset values.
• sapu: Generates a waveform whose frequency changes continuously over a specified range and time.
• pecah: Generates a specific number of waveform cycles (N-Cycle) or continuous cycles (Infinite) triggered internally or externally.

To access modulation functions, press the 'Mode' button and select the desired modulation type from the menu. Use the rotary knob and soft keys to configure modulation parameters.

5. Penyelenggaraan

5.1 Penjagaan Am

• Pastikan peranti bersih dan kering. Elakkan pendedahan kepada habuk, kelembapan dan suhu yang melampau.
• Do not operate the device in environments with strong electromagnetic interference.
• Kendalikan peranti dengan berhati-hati untuk mengelakkan kerosakan fizikal.

5.2 Pembersihan

To clean the exterior of the device, use a soft, damp kain. Jangan gunakan pembersih atau pelarut yang kasar, kerana ini boleh merosakkanasing or display. Ensure the device is powered off and disconnected from the power source before cleaning.

6. Penyelesaian masalah

If you encounter issues with your OWON DGE1030/DGE1060, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

• Tiada Kuasa: Ensure the power adapter is correctly connected to the device and a working power outlet. Check the power adapter for any visible damage.
• Tiada Isyarat Output: Verify that the output cable is securely connected to the 'Out1' port and your test circuit. Check the output settings on the device's display (e.g., amplitude, frequency, ON/OFF state of the channel).
• Bentuk Gelombang Salah: Double-check the selected waveform type and its parameters (frequency, amplitude, offset, modulation settings).
• Isu Sambungan PC: Ensure the USB cable is properly connected to both the device and the computer. Install any necessary drivers for SCPI or LabVIEW komunikasi.
