This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your ANERN Hybrid Solar Inverter. It covers various models including 1.6KW, 3KW, 4.2KW, 6.2KW, and 10.2KW, designed for 24V or 48V systems with pure sine wave output at 230V. 2. Maklumat Keselamatan

  • Always install circuit breakers for all lines connected to the inverter.
  • Do not connect or disconnect lines at will after power is applied.

3.1 Produk Selesaiview

3.2 Rajah Sistem

The inverter integrates solar panels, generator/utility, external battery packs, and home appliances into a comprehensive power system.

3.3 Arahan Pendawaian

Follow these guidelines for connecting your inverter:

  • Input PV: Max. PV idle voltage: 500VDC. MPPT voltage range: 90VDC-450VDC. Start-up voltage (initial charging): 120VDC. Recommended cable: 10 AWG/6mm². It is recommended to switch to solar panels in series.
  • Input AC: 230VDC. Maximum AC input voltage: 300VAC. Max. AC charging current: 160A. Recommended cable: 10AWG/6mm². Recommended interrupter: 63A.
  • Keluaran AC: 4200W. AC output voltage: 220V/230V. Recommended cable: 10AWG/6mm². Recommended interrupter: 63A. Note: The output of the inverter is 230V, and you can use a converter (not included) for 110V devices.
  • Bateri: Battery type: 24V lead acid/lithium battery. Wire Size: 2 AWG/Cable: 25mm². Recommended cable and terminal sizes. Recommended fuse: 150A.

3.4 Keserasian Bateri

The inverter is compatible with Lead-Acid, GEL, AGM, FLD, LI, and SLD batteries. For lithium batteries, ensure you select the 'Custom' battery type in Program 05 if using a non-PACE BMS. The inverter can be used without batteries, but the solar module voltage should exceed 360V DC.

4. Arahan Operasi

4.1 Starting and Shutdown Sequence

Starting Sequence:

  1. Hidupkan suis bateri.
  2. Mulakan penyongsang.
  3. Turn on the PV (solar panel) switch.
  4. Turn on the mains (utility) switch.
  5. Turn on the load switches.

Urutan Penutupan:

  1. Turn off the load switches.
  2. Turn off the PV (solar panel) switch.
  3. Turn off the mains (utility) switch.
  4. Matikan penyongsang.
  5. Finally, turn off the battery switch.

4.2 Mod Pengecasan

The inverter supports three charging modes to meet different application requirements:

  1. Solar Energy Priority: Utilizes solar power as the primary charging source.
  2. Solar + Utility at the Same Time: Menggabungkan kuasa solar dan utiliti untuk pengecasan.
  3. ONLY Solar Charge Batteries: Charges batteries exclusively from solar energy.

4.3 Mod Output

The inverter offers two output modes to cover a wide range of device power needs:

  1. Solar Priority Output, then Utility: Prioritizes solar power, switching to utility if solar is insufficient.
  2. Solar Priority Output, then Battery, finally Power Supplier: Prioritizes solar, then battery, and finally utility as a last resort.

4.4 Dual AC Output Function

The inverter features dual AC outputs (Main Out and Second Out). Both outputs are normally active. However, under specific conditions, the main output will be disconnected, and only the secondary output will remain active:

  • When there is no solar power input AND no mains power input.
  • Apabila bateri voltage drops below 44V (configurable between 41V and 46V).

The Main output (No. 8) is primarily for high-power loads, while the Second output (No. 9) is for emergency power with low-power loads.

4.5 WiFi Monitoring

The system can be controlled and monitored via a mobile phone using the built-in WiFi module. This allows for remote management and status checks.

Q: Does the inverter require a battery to start?
A: No, the inverter can start without a battery, but the solar panel voltage must exceed 360Vdc for operation.
Q: Can the inverter directly supply power to the load?
A: Yes, it can directly supply power to the load.
Q: How many solar panels are needed?
A: To start normally, the solar panel voltage should be 300V-400V (max 500V). The total power of the solar panel should not exceed 6.2KW/6.5KW for PRO-3.6KW/PLUS-6.2KW models. For example, 10 pieces of 250W 30V solar panels connected in series.
Q: Can inverters be connected in series or parallel?
A: No, this inverter model does not support series or parallel connection.
Q: What types of batteries can be used?
A: Lead-acid batteries, gel batteries, Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePo4), and other lithium batteries can be used. A 24V battery is for 3.6KW models, and a 48V battery is for 6.2KW models. The battery capacity should not be less than 100AH.
Q: Can it be used with air conditioners, water pumps, and wind turbines?
A: It can be used with air conditioners, but not with water pumps and wind turbines.
Q: Is it a high-frequency or low-frequency inverter?
A: This is a high-frequency inverter.
Q: Can the utility power the inverter when there is no sun?
A: Yes, the utility can power the inverter when solar input is unavailable.
Q: How to choose inverter power for household appliances?
A: For inductive loads (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners), the inverter's power should be at least three times the total power of these appliances to ensure proper startup. Otherwise, appliances may not start.
Q: Is it possible to use PV, battery, and grid supply simultaneously?
A: Yes. In the default PV priority mode, if PV input is insufficient, the system will utilize the battery and then the utility.
